For some time now i have been trying to get my life together. However it just feels like the more you keep pushing to get better the more it gets harder to get better.
We humans you see like to function at our peak performance but if we never really got tothe peak then how would we know what it is that we are capable of.
When i started working out this year i was ready to break loose from unhealthy eating habit and a lot of other unhealthy habits that I do not want in my life.
This was my plan but life didnt let it all work out the way i wanted.
If i am being honest i think i might have only hit the gym for lets say 60 days out of the 365 days we have in a year. But those moments at the gym was really worth it and even if im not at my peak in terms of physicality i am sure better than i was last year.
Progress is progress
Yes, progress is progress and you cant start ignoring little progress thinking it wont add up in the long run, because surprisingly they do add up. This year is about to be a wrap with a whole lot of experience that i cherish so much.
With that in mind i hope to create even better and memorable moments in the coming year as long as im still breathing. Working at my peak is what cant wait to finally see happen because i belive that my best is yet to come.
