My long going GERD issue from 1+ years has forced me into taking a new actionable step which is the following:
- I walk for over 2 hours non stop and slowly increase my speed of walking when I get into a rhythm.
- I am forced to take small amount of meals in the morning breakfast and also at dinner times.
- After food intake I do not drink any water for more than 5 minutes of time period and in that duration I try to walk.
- My walk is based on a specified location and I keep this mind not to out of that location.
What ya all think about my new strategy to counter GERD issue, please let me know in the comments, as I would love to know your thoughts.
