Why The Heart Is The Most Important Part Of The Body Especially For Soldiers

You might have seen in hollywood movies that a former CIA agent when overcomes some dangerous situations has a gun in his hand yet he "Hangs". Somehow the CIA agent fails to pull the gun trigger and his hands are shaking hence the outcome of this incident is him failing in his encounter.
Why did the CIA agent "Hang" during a desperate situation you may ask your self.
Well at first I thought may be he had a malfunction in his hands that he is trembling somehow; however this is not the reality of it all. The thing is simple: his "Heart" has gone weak due to maybe "PTSD" whose abbreviation is "Post Dramatic Stress Disorder" that is a disease that usually associated with people who have gone through painful incidents during a combat. The question then arises how do you fix your "Heart" well it is really simple and I will create a list to what you need to do:

  • Eat healthy diet.
  • Make sure you drink pure water.
  • Surround yourself with positive minded people.
  • Make sure your "Blood is healthy".
  • Make sure you see positive things in life through your eyes which is also called "The window to your SOUL.
  • Lastly make sure you "HEAR" positive things in life.

The above list might not be enough to cure your "Heart" but what I do to cure my heart is to do "HIJAMA" cupping therapy on my heart which fixes a lot of my issues really.

PTSD often causes the "Circadian Rhythm Disorder" which related to your sleep patterns so basically what happens is that your sleep cycle is disturbed and you will keep waking at nights and sleep during the day.

sleep on time because sleep is good mind and when person sleep on time his mind will be fresh in morning
Don't used phone nonstop which is bad for human health
