Every single time I have the opportunity to go through series of entries in the vibe community, I always enjoy it because I have the opportunity to see a lot of people displaying their God given talents whether in the form of singing, dancing or in form of instrumentals. Like I always do, I will be bringing to you my weekly reviews of the top entries I believe are amazing. But this week will be special. I actually use to focus on only top 3 entries before which I will still continue today also
Going through lots of entries for the just concluded Vibes web3 music conception for the week 29 was a bit tough for me because I saw a lot of amazing entries. Arriving or should I say narrowing it down to just 3 was a whole lot of work and great decision for me.
First of all, the theme for the week 29 was 90s jam. One of the factor I put into consideration on picking who I will pick as my top 3 entries is how well theu comply with the theme of the week.
My Top 3 Pick
(1). @stardust13
Her Performance video Below 👇
She will definitely be the first on my list. She did a cover song on "Amor Loco" by Emmanuel Horvilleur and Zoe Gotusso. Well that was the first time I will be hearing about the song but guess what? I fell in love with her entry.
She make use of the mini guitar and trust me, you can't just help but admire how she played the guitar with so much professionalism. It definitely looks like she has been playing it for so long. The strings and sounds she makes was just top notch. Even though her entry was just 1 minutes and 28 seconds which I believe should have been much more longer, but I will say she really did a great job.
Also I will like to commend her on her confidence. She faces the camera with total camera not like others that will be shy to look at the camera. If I should rate her entry, I will definitely give her 9/10
(2). @meyateingi
His Performance Song Below 👇
The second one my list will definitely be @meyateingi. She did a great job in my entry and the first thing you will notice in her entry is her simplicity in singing. Her entry last for 3 minutes and around 43 seconds and I must say she did justice to the theme in just the short period of time.
I love how she also modulate in between her songs and her composure generally. One of the things I also noticed in the video is the instrumental that is played underground as she was singing. She make use of her phone as the mic which is also good because I believe it will have enhanced the sound in her entry.
Though I will have love if she has made use of instruments for her song. Instruments like guitar, keyboard and many more. It will have enhance her entry much more. I will give her a rating of 8/10
(3). @fondew
His Performance Entry Below 👇
The third name on my list will definitely be @fondew. From his intro, you will have definitely know that he is a professor guitarist and he did a very great job I must confess. A very great job. I didn't want the video to finish while watching it.
While reading the lyrics of his song, one part that caught me hooked was this
So no, I don't want your number
No, don't want to give you mine and
No, I don't want to meet you nowhere
No, I don't want any of your time and
These are my top 3 Pick generally from the vibe week 29 competition and I must confess that they all did a very great job. You can do well to check their entry out and I am so sure you are definitely going to love it. A beautiful shout out for @lordbutterfly for organising this amazing contest.
