As I opened my mouth to sing this song, I almost got teary because it reminded me of a point in my life when I felt alone, weary, troubled and so burdened.
But then, I heard a still voice calling me for something greater, I felt someone's arms around me, I felt the warmth of his love and I realized I was never alone, I realized I've been loved by God even before I learnt to love myself. He held my hands and pulled me out from every distress and fear.
This song is a song that reminds us that we are never alone and God will always answer when we call.
I didn't want to be left out of this contest even if I had to sing in a place with less ventilation which was my only option and because I didn't want to procrastinate such an opportunity.
I chose this song because my birthday is in a few days time, I am January born and I feel grateful to God for the gift of life and I also feel privileged to share my gift on a beautiful platform like this.
