For this week's entry, I'll be doing Jimmy cliffs'version of the song "Don't Worry, Be Happy".

The inspiration behind Bobby McFerrin's iconic song "Don't Worry, Be Happy" is quite fascinating.
According to the writer of the song Bobby McFerrin, the song was inspired by a famous quote from Meher Baba, an Indian spiritual master. The quote reads:
"Don't worry, be happy."

He added that he was going through a difficult time in his life, struggling with anxiety and worry. He stumbled upon Meher Baba's quote, and it resonated deeply with him. He wanted to create a song that would capture the essence of Meher Baba's message. He experimented with different melodies and lyrics, eventually coming up with the song.
The song's message of letting go of worries and embracing happiness was a reflection of his own personal journey. He wanted to share this message with the world, hoping it would inspire others to find peace and happiness.
