Hello friends,
It gives me Joy to be part of this Week#29 on Vibes Web3 music competition.I am megamo.
The theme on this week, is taking us on an amazing ride on the 90's.
The music in those years were deep rooted in truth, true life stories, sacrifices made for love, the end of war, crisis, peace in nations, famine, revolution, growth, and development.
The music in the 90's captured a lot genuiness in music,it was rich and that why the songs carry musical moments, and have rich contents especially in the lyrics,it builds very strong connections in the soul of Man.
The memories of those songs in the 90's are unforgettable.
Music in our generation is good.
Man cannot do without music, because man is an emotional being, music has a balm that soothe the mind and binds people and nations together.
That is why every nation, has their unique music, which strengthens their own language.
Music is a also a power language, lovers of music understand it.The communicate it in different creativie and dynamic styles.
I have chosen a song titled;I am trading my sorrows by Women of faith.
These women created a legacy in music, their songs were powerful, had rich lyrics and generated testimonies.Till today, their songs are Top notch in Gospel music.
I was motivated and inspired by their music while growing up.
The song encourages us to put our trust in the lord, knowing that he cannot disappoint or fail us, if we completely trust the Lord we can't be put to shame.
Women of faith was established in 1996.It is a non-denominational christian organization ,they hold conferences for women in North America.
I applaud your commitment, consistency and efforts put together by @lordbutterfly,@verbal-d,
@silientscreamer.

I am trading my sorrows is a song, I love so much till today, thank you to vibes webs music competition for given the opportunity to present today.
Lyrics are simple,join me sing
I’m trading my shame
I’m laying them down
For the joy of the Lord
I’m trading my sickness
I’m trading my pain
I’m laying them down
For the joy of the Lord
We say yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord
Yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord
Yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord
Amen
I am pressed but not crushed
Persecuted not abandoned
Struck down but not destroyed
I am blessed beyond the curse
For His promise will endure
That His joy’s gonna be my strength
Though the sorrow may last for the night
His joy comes with the morning
We say yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord
We say yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord
We say yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord
Amen
