Hello everyone welcome to vibes web3 Music Competition week #28 in this community, the song I will be doing this week is Titled The Champion by Nathaniel Bassey. I so much love this song because it reminds me of the sacrifice Jesus took on the cross to wash away our iniquities.
The first stanza explains that we should come before the lord with humility because he gave his life for us, if he didn't have his life for us we would have still been sinners. God's love for humanity is so immense that he had to send his only son, the only child he had to come and deliver us from our iniquities.
The chorus there explains that God is the champion of the host above and captain of our destiny, he has our futures and destiny's in his hands, he owns and control the universe, his love is overwhelming.
The second stanza explains how we sing praises to God because he has been so kind to us that is why we sing as one with heavens choir the praises of our savior king. Because he is our Emmanuel, he has redeemed us from our hell and sin.
