Orphan Of Kos | Hardest Boss Fight | Bloodborne

Gamers of Hive, hola!

I am finally back at the lands of Hunters, it’s been a long time since I’ve played this. And, honestly this was the best souls game I’ve played so far. The challenge is surreal.

This boss took me about 1 whole day to beat. About 32 attempts exactly before I finally beat this monster.
How did I know for sure when we all sure as hell know that this sort of challenge usually takes away your sanity?
My friends! They were actually on a call with me the whole time AND 👏 each 👏 friggin 👏 time👏 I died he didn’t forget to mention the number of deaths. And, with each death, he passed a joke so bad that I actually enjoyed it.

To get to where I am, I had to go through all of the village of the Fishing Hamlet(link to the post of the village exploration).

A Brief Description Of The Village.

The village is filled with traps, usually l, except this one was truly a head-banger. There were a few “big boys” around town. And there was a well in the middle of the city. Underneath it, there were 2 of these bad boys and boy was it hectic.

The Fight

The first try on the boss, I was too damn close to beating him. Almost beat him too but his lightning summon phase got to me.
There were a total of 3 phases, each with different level of headaches. The first phase was pretty standard, him beating me with his umbilical cord.

  • to beat this stage, just stay away from the ranged drilling attack.

The second is where his lightning is summoned. Somehow, he calls upon his forefathers and huge bolts of lightning sweeps through the small shore area. The lightning gets divided though, after travelling a small distance.

  • to beat this guy, I was suggested to head towards the entrance of the place where the lightning simply do not reach.

The third phase has this little shite doing a “Father Gascoigne”. Turning into a huge beast but with wings AND having his umbilical cord as a weapon, STILL. This was truly a horror, increased damage and more movement.

  • to beat this stage, just pray that you don’t fall into his attack right as you dodge.

In short, this battle is one for the books.

Enjoy the battle.

32 attempts? That sounds restless.
Loved the action in the fight.

Thank you for witnessing my shining moment!😁

A pleasure.

Oh wow, pretty close for a moment there right at the end. Great job!

Yes, I almost thought that I had to head back to the drawing board😌.

Orphan of Kos definitely is a crazy though fight!! Probably because it's one of the most aggressive bosses you'll encounter in an already though add-on. It's a fantastic fight though and so dang satisfying when you finally get that winning blow in haha

Yessss, more aggressive than the damned dogs that you would find with the random hunters 😂.

Hola, welcome back to the lands of Hunters.
Orphan Of Kos looks scary and dude I'd stop playing the game if I needed 32 attempts to slaughter a boss. You do have patience for sure.

Well, Elden Ring taught me a lesson about patience. It was my first souls game, apart from Mortal Shell which was a mini souls game. The only bosses that are left are the Main story bosses and the final boss of the Chalice dungeons. Have to grind more to get the chalice ritual materials though.

Good luck fighting the other bosses.
