Today, I will share a battle with you guys that was as tough as they can get in an Unranked lobby where the opponents were crazy tough and somehow we pulled it off by the end. This was a battle from last season where the game devs did not mess with Cassidy's Magnetic Grenade; now, the grenade turned into a flash bomb and its throwing distance was not so great.
Without further ado, let's begin.
This was an Unranked game where the map was at Samoa, the island where The Rock claimed to have some genes. It was a straightforward map with both parties colliding and taking control of the center stage. However, this map had winding paths, meaning this map allows players to enter the center stage from multiple angles. That way, any team could take control making it overall fair.
This time, I had no teammate with me. But, I did recognize a player from the other lobbies and knew he was a good player, it is Qclowd.
The first round was not good for us. We suffered setbacks upon setbacks to the point that I decided to solo ult and maybe get a kill since they were impenetrable. But, they also had the same idea. They used their ultimate right after I used mine.
We suffered a huge defeat in the first round with me and Qclowd having 1 kill each while their healer died once.
The second round went well for us. The battle was intense. We contested the point at 89% to 99% and managed to eliminate them right after our tank and I used our Ultimate as a combo and erased 3 of them.
The third round was a bit tough. The opponents stopped pulling punches and attacked from all sides, trying to flank and rush. They pushed us to a 10% to 62%. That is when our DPS and tank regained their stance and recaptured the point.
And finally, at the last moment, we got the dub. I had higher damage than one of the opponent's DPS however they had the highest kill in the lobby. The combined heal on my side was only 1k higher than the opposition. If they had a better healer, they would've won the game easily.
Therefore, I finished the game with a total stats of over 19k with 10k as damage.
Sadly, I did not receive the play of the game even after doing an ultimate combo without tank but I'm glad that it went to our team's DPS and right so.
The best part about this game was that no exchange of negative comments took place.
