Hello Splinters Fanatics!
At the time of writing, I'm really looking forward to the new collection of Reward Soulbond cards from the Rebellion edition. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to max out all the Reward Soulbond cards from last year's edition. But I'm satisfied with the vast majority of them. As they'll be released at a DEC rate, I don't know if it's worth buying some of them on the market, but if it is, I'll buy some of them to level up the cards I use the most.
On X (formerly Twitter) you can get a taste of the new cards presented by various ambassadors. But surely by the time you're reading this post they'll all be available in the game store, to be won at random using the Glint token. Check out the official post about the new cards!
In my opinion, the Epic cards are the ones that attract the most attention because of their stats and abilities, not to mention the new abilities available. Splinterlands has done a good job in this respect. In this post I'm going to comment on some of the new epic cards in this collection.
The first is Olivia of the Brook, an epic card from Splinter Vida. She has two types of attack, melee and magic. Her attack power isn't great, but what makes her powerful are her abilities.
Firstly, the ability Opportunity, which allows her to attack from any position with her two types of attack. Then there's the ability Mimic, which is a new ability and grants a random ability that a monster on the enemy team has. If you are hit, you have a 25% chance of acquiring the attacker's random ability. And as far as I can tell, the monster that possesses the Mimic ability accumulates each random ability acquired each round, because the Dispel ability removes one of the mimicked abilities in the order in which they were obtained.
Mimic Ability
**Olivia of the Brook accumulates random abilities, so imagine her acquiring abilities like Blodlust, Double Strike or other abilities that increase her attack power. This card with the right abilities becomes a real war machine.
The next card is Night Reaper, at its maximum level it has excellent stats and abilities. It has (4) magic damage, is very offensive, has reasonable speed, lots of health and a bit of armor. In addition, it has five abilities and among them a new ability, Wingbreak.
Wingbreak Ability
This ability focuses on prioritizing attacks on enemy units that have the Flying ability. Similar to the Opportunity or Snipe abilities, which prioritize attacking monsters with lower health or monsters that have ranged damage, magic damage or no attack at all. This is how this new ability prioritizes attacking flying monsters. It will be a great option in battles with the Eathquake rule 
, as flying units will be defeated first, and they sometimes stay in intermediate positions to conserve health.
The next card is Thanalorian Blade, which is perhaps the most offensive card among the epic cards in this edition, because it has the ability Oppoturnity and the new ability Execute, which has excellent synergy, because while the first ability attacks monsters with lower health, the new ability attacks again if a monster has less than (2) health. In the final levels Thanalorian Blade gains the ability Trample, which makes this card even more offensive.
Execute Ability
In my opinion, this new ability is one of the best when it comes to making your strategy more offensive, because often in battle when you attack an enemy monster and it has a little health left, you hope that it can be eliminated as soon as possible. This ability performs one more successful attack if the damaged monster has only 2 or fewer life points left.
I'm counting down to another new phase of Splinterlands. New cards and abilities mean new strategies and gameplay to come, to make the game even more fun.

No momento em que escrevo estou bastante ansioso para a nova coleção de cartas Reward Soulbond da edição Rebellion. Infelizmente, não conseguir alcançar o nivel máximo de todas as cartas Reward Soulbond da edição passada. Mas, estou satisfeito com a grande maioria delas, como elas serão liberadas a uma taxa em DEC não sei se valerá a pena comprar algumas delas no market, mas caso esteja vou comprar algumas delas para deixar as cartas que mais uso em nivel máximo.
No X (antigo Twitter) é possível sentir o gostinho das novas cartas apresentadas por vários embaixadores. Mas, certamente quando você estiver lendo este post todas elas estarão disponível na loja do joga, para ganhar de forma aleatória, através do token Glint. Venha conferir o post oficial sobre as novas cartas!
Na minha opinião os cartãos Épicos são os que chamam mais atenção pelas suas estatisticas e habilidades, sem contar com as novas habilidades disponível. Splinterlands vem fazendo um bom trabalho nesse quesito. Nesse post irei comentar sobre algumas das novas cartas épicas dessa coleção.
A primeira delas é Olivia of the Brook, uma carta épica do Splinter Vida. Ela possui dois tipos de ataque, melee e mágico, o poder de ataque não é lá essas coisas, mas o que a torna poderosa são suas habilidades.
Inicialmente, a habilidade Opportunity que a permite atacar de qualquer posição com os seus dois tipos de ataques. Logo após temos a habilidade Mimic, que é uma nova habildiade e concede uma habilidade aleatória que algum monstro do time inimigo possui. Caso seja atingido, há a possibilidade de 25% de chance de adquirir a habilidade aleatória do atacante. E pelo que deu para subentender o monstro que possui a habilidade Mimic acumula cada habilidade aleatória adquirida a cada rodada, pois a habilidade Dispel remove umas das habilidades imitadas na ordem em que foram obtidas.
Habilidade Mimic
Olivia of the Brook acumula habilidade aleatórias, então imagine ela adquirir habilidades como Bloodlust, Double Strike ou outras habilidades que aumente seu poder de ataque. Essa carta com as habilidades certas se torna uma verdadeira máquina de guerra.
A próxima carta é Night Reaper, em seu nível máximo possui excelente estatisticas e habilidades. Possui (4) de dano mágico, muito ofensiva, possui uma velocidade razoável, muita saúde e um pouco de armadura. Além disso, possui quatro habilidades e dentre elas uma nova habilidade, Wingbreak.
Habilidade Wingbreak
Essa habilidade concentra-se em priorizar o ataque a unidade inimigas que tem a habilidade Flying. Semelhante a habilidade Opportunity ou Snipe, que priorizam atacar os monstros de menor saúde ou monstros que possuem dano ranged, mágico ou nenhum tipo de ataque. Assim é essa nova habilidade que prioriza atacar os monstros voadores. Será uma otima opção em batalhas com a regra Eathquake , pois assim as unidades que voam serão primeiramente derrotadas, que as vezes ficam em posições intermediárias conservando a saúde.
A próxima carta é Thanalorian Blade essa talvez seja a carta mais ofensiva, entre as cartas épicas dessa edição, pois ele possui a habilidade Oppoturnity e a nova habilidade Execute, que possui uma excelente sinergia, pois enquanto a primeira habilidade ataca os monstros de menor saúde a nova habilidade atacar novamente caso um monstro possua saúde menor que (2). Nos níveis finais Thanalorian Blade ganha a habilidade Trample, que deixa essa carta ainda mais ofensiva.
Habilidade Execute
Essa nova habilidade na minha opinão é uma das melhores quando o assunto é tornar a estratégia mais ofensiva, pois muitas das vezes em uma batalha quando atacamos um monstro inimigo e resta um pouco de saúde ficamos na torcida para que ele possa ser eliminado assim que possível. Essa habilidade executa mais um ataque bem-sucedido caso reste apenas 2 ou menos pontos de vida no monstro danificado.
Estou na contagem regressiva para mais uma nova fase de Splinterlands. Novas cartas e habilidade significam novas estratégias e jogabilidades que estão por vim, para tornar o jogo ainda mais divertido.
