Mad Lions qualify to WORLDS!! LEC 2023 SEASON FINALS

English

Greetings everyone! Today I want to share something about League Of Legends. It won't be one of my pitiful games but a real competitive game.

I don't think it will be an analysis because I'm no League Of Legends expert but some comments from emotion.

I have been a casual follower of teams from Europe like FNATIC and Mad Lions, which are teams that make you connect with their players and excite every time they win.

In this game Mad Lions was playing for the qualification to WORLDS and they achieve it by winning a 3-0 match vs XL team.

Elyoya as the jungler of Mad Lions always manages to win the love of the fans in Europe for his mentality and his innovation when playing, as he shows that he is someone who wants to compete and win everything at the international level.

This year has been hard for Mad Lions because although they won a split, they suffered a lot the rest of the season, in many games they have had a great level and in others they have been more unstable.

The Spanish jungler himself complained about his level in the last split saying that it has been his worst split in his whole career. And this is demonstrated by the fact that Mad Lions had been losing 6 or 7 games in a row, until vs XL they were forced to redefine their level.

Mad Lions are known for being a pretty unstable team, not only for bad but also because in the moments where it seems that everything is lost they can always find a way to come back and win in an epic way and they have proved it many times vs G2 and Fnatic.

In this game vs XL, Elyoya picketed Ivern in the jungle, a champion not very nice to see but very useful at any time of the game for its usefulness as support and in a game where the adc Carzzy played Sivir was noticed by making a quadrakill where the Ivern saved the whole team by granting shields.

Ivern shields are quite frustrating because when your enemy is about to die those shields can change the whole course of a game and that's exactly what happened in the game where the Sivir was the protagonist.

XL's team didn't play that bad but according to what I heard from the commentators, Mad Lions had the advantage by champions choice.

In the third game which is the one I share if the level of Mad Lions over XL was much more noticeable, I loved to see Varus with lethality build as I had a long time without seeing it, in the last LEC games I think it was not played or maybe very little.

Now the Varus is played with the Drakthar, an item that now makes you untargetable after making a kill, which is broken in competitive teamfights where every second matters what can happen.

So I'm happy with this win as I will see Elyoya in WORLDS probably fighting vs top teams from Korea.

I remember last year they almost managed to beat T1 the Faker team after an almost perfect earlygame by Mad Lions, but T1 is T1 and they always manage to come back against anyone, they are robots.

I know that obviously the Asians will always have more level, merit and fans but I tend to be more sentimental and connect more with players like Elyoya who are not only good mechanically but show with their charisma their hunger for victories and their happiness when winning.

Obviously I love to see players like Keria, Faker and especially Oner, who I think is an extraordinary jungler and is a phenomenon playing any champion but as I said I don't empathize only because of his level.

I celebrate this victory because I hope to continue bringing more things/posts from this LEC EMEA Season Finals, I would like to see Mad Lions shine much more because it is a team that with so many problems always manages to show things that other teams do not.

Thanks for the attention, soon more and better.

Saludos a todos! Hoy quiero compartir algo sobre League Of Legends.

Sort:

I can say that Mad Lions is my second team. When a team from Turkey is not in the world championship I support them because recently Armut (Turkish player) was playing for them and they did great.

wow, that's true Armut was an important player in 2021 for Mad Lions when they won two LECs (he was MVP), I really liked how he played, in fact my LoL name was Armut 2024 XD. He is very good with Gnar and that gets criticized a lot.

Yeah I love watching Gnar's in professional games. It's ult is pretty important
