Tangled With Bioshock Remastered From Hivegaming Giverway

in #hive-1402173 days ago

Hello gamers, I planned on writing this post weeks ago but because of my health issues I barely have time to post, well here it goes.
Am not gonna waste any of y'all time this is just gonna be a quick review. Nahh maybe a long one…😁

When i showed @pusen my new PC months ago he was doubting this baby, for a reason am not gonna lie it's not a gaming PC but am sure of its capability, I bought it second hand from the tech market at around $40 and the guy assured me its working well on games but i just had to fix a few things in it.

Earlier this year I won a game giveaway organized by Pusen in the hive gaming Community and since i haven't fixed the PC yet it was the perfect timing.. So i took this baby to the tech market to give it a little boost,

The guy working on it flashed it clean and updated the windows, it was good as new, I spent $5.5 doing this.

The issue thereafter is figuring out a console that can run games on websites. I wanted to go for just the ordinary console but after asking a few gamers around I was told to go for the Xbox pad because it's the ultimate. It can work on any kinda games including Windows and Xbox.

I bought the xbox console for $10.5, it's a bit expensive in this region but it's so worth every penny, it's smooth to use plus it vibrates every time there is tension in the game.

They brought out the console from the packaging, tested it on a gaming PC playing FarCry; its response was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to pay for it.

With a little hint from pusen i got my GOG account registered and redeemed the gaming code.

The Game

Bioshock Remastered is one of the best new year gifts I won earlier this year in the hive gaming Community organized by pusen.

This game is both horrific and at the same time ecstatic

At first when I started the game I didn't quite understand its story line, but after playing a couple minutes I began to realize the lessons. If you've watched the movie Zombie apocalypse, or Army of the dead then this game is somewhat like that.

At the start of the game the protagonist Jack ( Which is the player) was the only survivor of a plane crash which went down in the atlantic ocean 1960 where the ordered society Rapture collapsed. He swims to a nearby towering lighthouse on an island, and finds there a bathysphere which descends him into the ocean and the entrance to the undercity of Rapture.

Well, after watching some horrific scenes, immediately I arrived at the city. I decided to pick up the service radio, and found out it was an Irish man named Atlas. Atlas assists Jack which is me from henceforth.

However, Andrew Rayan the creator of Rapture city thought Jack was an agent of a surface nation, he then uses a rapture automated system to try and stop Jack, but Atlas tells Jack that the only way he can survive is to use the abilities granted by plasmid.

My first mission on reaching the submarine vessel was to get to higher grounds, after that I was asked by Atlas to save his wife and child that had been hidden on a submarine in a town called Neptune's bounty.

As I advance the game I have to gather more eye hypo by first of all injecting my hand with an electro bolt.

This actually made me have a super power called the electric shock.

The only thing that can keep this power running is injecting the hand with Eye Hypo between intervals.

I find this game hilarious though seeing I can use the toilet and the sink inside a game, not just that but smoke and drink as well.

My first weapon was a plier. I can use it to wipe through enemies, while I'm at it I keep my eyes open for new weapons such as guns. The plier did an awesome job defending me and each time i had to find new treasures on corpse I've killed,

However getting a gun wasn't really stressful, i just had to get BabaYaga out of the way. And am holding a gun.

Getting to Neptune's bounty comes with great challenge I had to go through one of the little sisters without being spotted on the roof top

And one crazy thought just popped in my head “What if I jumped down from that ray and got noticed by her, well I guess that would mean Game over. I will be smashed by one of the big daddies following her. While she was busy slicing through those corpses I was busy finding my way to the other side.

RAPTURE:

Rapture is a city where the scientist would not be bordered by rules or morality, where the artist would not fear anyone, where the great would not be constrained by the weak, it's a city where man can escape the political, social, and religious constraint

To put it short Rapture is a true man made paradise, where a man can pursue is ambitious and find success by hook or crook.

But Rapture was betrayed by the weak, and the people started using the city's toxic chemicals, electro armor, plasmid and ADAM against each other as a way of defending themselves.

In other words Rature is freedom where you can do anything without giving a damn about the government or any one. Who wouldn't love total freedom? But let me ask, “If that kinda Freedom cost you your peace, is it worth it”?

My Ratings

Am gonna rate this game 9.8/10. I love the graphics, I love the scary sound effects, I love the voices and I actually enjoyed playing it more using earbuds. The only con I see here is that this game is way too scary. Maybe because I've got a puppy heart.

I played this from around 11pm to 1am while I was the only one at home with the kids. I was scared to shit . I had to stop playing so I wont get nightmares about actually being Jack.

Well I guess it's never too late to say HAPPY NEW YEAR, If you are a fan of horror then by all means please try out this game, one of the most important things though is to always listen to the radio for Atlas instructions. Without it you're as good as dead.

Good to see it works. You snatched a good deal with that laptop. Keep Gaming and sharing them! Loving it! I am a little ashamed that I never played Bioshock despite the immense popularity this game got (probably because I am not a fan of FPS).
