Hello all you gamers and game lovers, today I'm here with you in a new episode of Albion Online. Last time I gave you a brief introduction to the game and shared my first experiences with you, today I'm going to share something more in-depth. There are a lot of people in the community who play this game and I'm here with my man @oldfool.
He's carrying in his hand something, but I don't know what it is 😂.
I told you about the in-game mounts, here is @oldfool's horse. It's a skeleton horse. It's a little different and funny, but it's definitely fast. And the thing he's holding looks like a beer up close.
I don't know exactly what I need to do to progress in the game. A lot of people tell me that I need to hang out in solo dungeons, the dungeons I mentioned in the previous chapter. Oldfool advised me to do the same and that's where we are now. In the previous chapter @perceval helped me a lot here. Oldfool, on the contrary, just told me what to do and occasionally tanked so I wouldn't die. I think this increases the amount of experience points I gain, or fame as it's called in this game. I think it is also necessary for me to learn the game better.
Inside the dungeon there are these altar type things. If you left click on it, it gives you a power-up. Sometimes it gives you more damage, sometimes it gives you more health. I don't know what it depends on for now.
I think an event that will happen once in 1000 in the game happened to me again. I died just as I was killing the boss and that's why I didn't get a reward.
Oldfool said these items were mine, but I think he actually won these items. He just donated them to me and that's it. Thank you very much for that. I didn't know that at the time and I really thought I won it myself.
I've said a little bit about this place before, but it's worth going over it again. In the blacksmith shop you can repair damaged items and you must do so. Otherwise the damage will be reduced and you will have a harder time in battle.
I would like to thank Oldfool again because he gave me all the items that you see now and that I will use in the next battles. You might be wondering how these items are different from the previous ones. Well, the only thing that seems to have changed is the text on the top left of the items. There is a mechanic in the game. As you use an item, you master it. When you have mastered it enough, you will be able to use a higher level item. So we just finished a solo dungeon and I can now use Tier 3 items. The difference between Tier 3 items and Tier 2 items is that they are basically more powerful. Of course, their abilities can vary, but as I said, the logic is that they are stronger. It also gave me a level 5 fish. This allows you to replenish your health very quickly during the battle. Thank you again my friend @oldfool!
But here is the real surprise! Oldfool gave me a horse as a gift. I know these items are very cheap for him, but he doesn't have to give me this. Look how beautiful this horse looks. Definitely better than my previous donkey hahaha. Basically what better horses allow you to do is to run away from your opponents or catch them. That's not really important for me right now because I haven't been to the black zone yet, I don't know enough about it yet. Maybe I will share when I go there, but I have heard a few times that it is very dangerous.
After this time oldfool had to leave the game and he left me in this dungeon. He said it was not easy for me but I could do it. I was confident because he told me that I was very good for a beginner and that I was very good at dodging the creatures' abilities. He was right, I was dancing.
I killed the small creatures very quickly, it was a piece of cake for me. And this is the first boss I had to beat on my own. I was very confident at the beginning, but this one is a pain in the ass. I'm constantly moving and dodging his abilities but it's not enough. I tried about 10 times and failed.
As I told you at the beginning of the post, every time you die, the durability of your items decreases and your damage decreases. So every time your work gets harder. Even though I was very close, I couldn't get the last shot and surrender.
I got so angry that I didn't even try to leave the dungeon to exit the game, I just quit hahaha.
There is one more thing I have to say about the game. The game is not a game that is immediately enjoyable when you start directly. I mean it is enjoyable but not that much. The real enjoyable part starts later on. You need to play the game for 3-4 hours to reach this. The only thing you need to do during this time is to kill bosses in solo dungeons. As I mentioned, every game is more enjoyable with your friends, and I'm sure you will enjoy it more if you play it with your friends.
Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed it. If you have any questions about the game or my writing, you can write in the comments. I enjoy reading and answering them, have a great day!
