The universe of this game is Placidium Library. In round 3-5 of the game, you earn a Scroll of Knowledge and whichever champion you use this scroll on will unlock an armory of emblems with their traits. This means that the game can go to very interesting places. It is possible to see compositions like 9 Ionia, 9 Shurima, 9 Noxus. Of course, you need to reach level 9 for this. Let's see what kind of crazy compositions we will see in this game 😛
In the early game I didn't know which composition to play, so I bought the Rich get Richer augment which provides flexible gameplay. I got 12 gold and now if I have 70 gold I can earn 7 gold from interest. If I can have a stable board it will help me a lot to get to level 9.
In the meantime I thought I could play a Multicaster composition and Teemo as a carry. These 7 champions will be the stars of my composition.
In the minion round I found a minor champion duplicator and in the 2nd augment selection I saw a related augment. The army building augment gives you a minor champion duplicator and after 7 turns it gives you another one. This way I can make all my champions worth 3 gold or less 3 stars. It's a very good choice since all my champions are worth 3 gold or less.
After spending some of my gold and making Teemo 2 stars and my frontline champions 2 stars, I started to do very well in the midgame. By the way, I used the scroll on Teemo and got a Strategist emblem, so I can become 5 strategists at the end of the game and get a lot of ability power and shields.
In the last augment choice I got maybe the best augment I could ever have. With the Perfected Repetition augment, every time my Multicaster units cast an ability, they will gain 5 ability power until the end of the battle. Maximum 70 skill power, which is enough because all the carriers in my composition are multicaster units. I also get two multicaster units, which is great considering I'm going to make them all 3 stars.
In the late game I started losing because I couldn't 3-star all my champions, luckily I was very close to all of them and I knew that when I 3-star'd them all I would have a huge power burst.
I did it! My final composition has Teemo 4 stars, Vel'koz 3 stars, Taliyah 3 stars, Swain 3 stars, Kled 3 stars, Poppy 2 stars and Sona 1 star. I don't know why I made all my other champions 3 stars and never found Sona, but that's not a problem. Even if I make her 2 stars, it's enough. Teemo is currently throwing rockets at all opponents instead of mushrooms. I feel it every round XD
This opponent was able to beat me because my champions stood together a lot. You can see how powerful even 2 star Karma is. This is bullshit XD Anyway, I don't think he can beat me after a proper lineup.
And the only counter to my composition is Kalista carry. It's normal for her to beat me because all my champions have a lot of health and Kalista can destroy my carries after accumulating enough spears. 3 stars Swain is not a tank that will die easily but Kalista can do it if you give her enough time.
I told you, by the way, I couldn't make Poppy a 3 star so I thought it would make more sense to replace her with Heimerdinger. If I can buy some traits for her turret I'm sure it will be more functional than Poppy.
After losing another round I only have 1 HP left. I had to be very careful and beat my opponent several times. I switched my champions and surprised him a bit. I won once!
I beat him 3 rounds in a row and managed to come 1st! It was a very exciting game for me. I constantly switched my champions and prevented him from using Zephyr effectively against me! I will not be modest here and admit that I played very well :P
General Thoughts About Composition
You can play this composition every game and you can be sure that it is powerful. The most important tip is to make all champions 3 stars. If you can't make Swain 3 stars you will lose because your opponents' carries will melt him very quickly. If your frontline doesn't last long enough Teemo won't be able to cast enough abilities and deal enough damage. Teemo's best items are Blue Buff, Jeweled Gauntlet and Giant Slayer, depending on the situation you may prefer Hextech Gunblade instead of GS. Unless the opposing team has champions with high health pools. You should use Swain as a tank and I recommend giving him Warmog's Armor, Gargoyle Stoneplate and Redemption. You can give your side carries Taliyah, Vel'Koz and Sona any ability power or mana items.
