Buy Sell Profit! Dealers Life Game Review

in #hive-1402172 years ago

Hello all, I've been posting a lot of TFT posts lately and I felt like I needed to move on to something different. Don't worry, there will be more TFT posts coming soon, but today we're talking about a completely different game. Dealer's Life! If you like trading you will be addicted to this game.

You can watch the video of me talking about the game here. Yes, with commentary!

I haven't restarted the game and I'm quite advanced now. I can even say that I finished the game haha. Because it made me addicted in an interesting way. In the game, people come and try to sell you their products. As you improve your "Knowledge" feature in the game, you start to guess the price of the products more accurately and your goal is to buy cheap and sell expensive. The logic is simple but sometimes there can be problems in practice.

You have 4 different attributes in the game. Knowledge, as I just said, allows you to know the prices of items more accurately when buying. Charisma makes your customers more honest with you. They make the first bid and it is easier for you to bid accordingly. You also sell fakes more easily. Intuition allows you to get to know your customer's personality, and you can also recognize and avoid fakes being sold to you. Luck helps you to be luckier in any situation that may happen to you in this game.

Here you can view the name of your shop, its status and your shop costs.

There are also people who work in our shop. They all have different tasks. For example, the mechanic repairs your items and makes sure that you sell the items that are in bad condition and that you bought cheaply at a high price. The expert will help you find out the price of items you don't know the price of, or help you find out if you have been sold a fake product.

There are a lot of little references in the game. For example, you all know this game, World of Warcraft, but in the game they called it World of Peacecraft. I don't know if it's because of copyright issues or if it's just a reference.

As you can see, I bought a product for 50k, which is worth 59k dollars, and when I sell it, I'll put some profit on it and probably sell it for 80k dollars. Not a bad profit for a game, huh?

Here's an example of a sale, I bought a product with a value of 5.7k for 4.5k and now I'm selling it for $9k. So I made 100% profit!

I bought a product worth 250k for 200k and sold it for 350k. I think it's a great deal. The lady came with a bag of money. Looks like we're gonna be rich.

Every day in the paper we see ads for shops for rent, people looking for work, auctions or warehouse wars. We can pick our employees here, or if we want a better shop, we can find it here. There are also some funny anecdotes. If you play the game you will understand what I mean.

Here is a WWE championship belt. Actually the price wasn't what I wanted, but it's much more profitable to sell expensive things. For example, if I sell this product for 300k dollars, I can make many times the profit I make on cheap stuff in one go.

I participated in an auction and managed to buy a 355k item for 330. It doesn't look very profitable, but wait until I sell it.

On the same day a lady came and bought it for 500k. It was the best sale I have ever made. Definitely a good profit!

A golden antique armor made in 437 year? In this game, items have levels and the highest level is mythic items. This is one of them and I should definitely buy it, but I can't see the price.

Thanks to my negotiation skills I managed to get this armor for $340k. I've never made a $1 million sale in this game and this could be my first $1 million sale. I just need to find out the price from the expert.

One of my customers brought a Game of Thrones statue. Of course I have to buy it, it's very valuable.

And here's something even more valuable. A Pokeball! It's legendary and in very good condition. It's worth 760k dollars, and I managed to get it for 460k. It's the best deal I've ever made, and I'm going to make the biggest sale of this video because of this Pokeball. I wish I had the chance to keep it, but I really need that money.

I sold this pokéball for 1 million 140k dollars, much better than I expected, it was an amazing deal! I made 680k dollars profit from a single sale, which will help me a lot to rent a bigger shop.

General Thoughts about the Game

I can't criticize the graphics or the world of this game because that's not its purpose. It's a cheap and simple game to play when you're bored. I think it's a lot of fun and if you play it for 1 hour a day, it can take you up to 2 weeks to finish it. If you play without stopping, I don't think it will take that long, you can finish the game in 10 hours. It's well designed and I like the references. Also some of the products are very good, it's nice to see things you like in real life like pokéball, game of thrones statue, terminator statue. Otherwise you would just buy and sell boring stuff. That's why I rate the game 8/10.

Thanks a lot for reading and I hope you enjoyed it and you're having a great day. I wish you all a great day. May your profits be abundant!

Hello incublus

I have seen this game somewhere.May be in YouTube adds.Buying and selling products!! I haven't tried it.I got a basic idea about it. I'll check it out.

Check it out if you love management games man.

This is definitely one of those games that I love, I am totally addicted to games where I can win, manage money, so thanks for this recommendation, I hope to get a phone version, and then I'll tell you my experience with it. Even if you don't talk about the graphics, I find it beautiful, simply beautiful, this aesthetic is one of the ones that fascinate me the most.

Yes, the graphics are not the game's strong point, but they are not bad either. I'm glad you like it, man. I hope you give it a try. There's a mobile version as far as I know.

Okay since there is a mobile version I'll try to find it and bring it and tell you my experience, and it's a woman -_- , I'll give you competition hahaha

I'm so sorry :/ glad you like it woman* 😂😂

Dude, where did you get this game? This was the kind of game I used to play when I was 10y old.

Btw, you have Left 4 Dead 2? I've been wanting to play it again with some friends, so, if you haven't played it would be cool to play with you my man :)

You can buy it from Steam man. I saw this game from a streamer and bought it 4 years ago.

Yeah I have but I'm afraid of having the same ping problem in CS:GO

I used to play with pus back in the days and the ping wasn't bothering at all. We can give it a try anyway

Yeah why not. Let's try it today man 👍

Not my cup of tea but these types of games can be very addictive man. Stay very safe...hehe
I once played a very simple clicker game, you just had to click and that mines you some ore which can be sold to buy more clicking power and better ores and so on. It was very simple concept but oh man it was very addictive.

Though haven't seen this before.

!PIZZA

No problem because I've already finished this game XD I was like "I need to sell this itemmmm!"

This reminds me of games like Diner Dash (probably not in the concept at all, just at the basic premise of that you have to do something with your business lol) and Game Dev Tycoon; while the idea does sound menial at first glance, it is neat that there are games like these that explore these kind of topics in a game form and that lets you test your mettle in strategizing being a businessman lol

I've never played these games but yes they seem to have similar logic. Worth a try if you like management games.

My friend, this game is pure addition hahahaha I played it at the time and could not stop playing it!!!! I learned a lot but of addition hahahaha, cheers!!!! :D

Good to see that I'm not alone who addicted to this game man, cheers!

Yay! 🤗

Woo something new.

After reading the title, I thought maybe this is my time to get rich. I thought it's a play2earn game like splinterlands.

So you're not selling to real peoples, right?

You have 4 different attributes in the game.

I liked the names of those attributes.

No, man I'm just selling items in game to NPC's. It's a single player game. Wish to be something online and maybe I can be rich 😂

Seems like a cool game to kick it back sometimes. I remember playing too many games of this kind 😅… One of them is Adventure Capitalist and it kinda reminds me of it, without the trading element though…

It’s an interesting mechanic as well with the different skills that you have. I gotta say it kinda makes you feel like you’re actually selling something and making profit hahah. Thanks for sharing.

If I can suggest something is put a noise filter on your microphone because there is static noise all the time (maybe a computer/laptop fan)

Cheers!✌️🙏 !PIZZA

Unfortunately I can't fix my microphone, man, because it's the microphone of a phone headset. Maybe in a couple of years from now I'll be able to buy some new equipment, but for now we'll have to make do. Maybe I should continue with the videos without commentary.

Noo don’t stop with the videos, just try to improve everytime if possible :)

I think if your headset has a separate jack for the microphone you should be able to put some filters on it to make it sound better. I can help if you want.

My earphone doesn't have another jack :/ I tried a lot to improve my voice and things in videos and nothing changed 😣

What software are you using to record?

Xbox game bar

Ahhh maan you should use something more professional :D. I mean Game Bar works and it's easy to use, but it's barebones in terms of configuration capabilities... Try OBS, I can help you set it up quickly, there you can add different filters and equalizers to your microphone to make it sound better.

At least in my opinion that's your best bet in making a cheap microphone sound OK.

My computer's not so good, man. I tried to record with OBS, but my computer was very laggy. Maybe I can try again in the future.
