As some of you know I am currently playing this wonderful special edition of The Sims (The Sims Medieval) in which I show the adventures of King Ethan, the ruler of the Land of Heights, as you may already know, our king's influence as monarch was of no use to him as it did not prevent him from ending up prisoner in the stocks after losing a fight with the hunter who was training him to face the infernal chinchillas of the forest, which have the people of the kingdom terrified.
Como algunos de ustedes saben actualmente estoy jugando esta maravillosa edición especial de Los Sims (Los Sims Medieval) en la que muestro las aventuras del Rey Ethan, el soberano de la Tierra de las Cumbres, como ya deben saber, nuestro a nuestro rey no le sirvió de nada sus influencias como monarca pues eso no evitó que terminara prisionero en el cepo luego de perder un combate con el cazador que lo estaba entrenando para enfrentarse a las chinchillas infernales del bosque, las cuales tienen aterrorizadas a las personas del reino.
Even so, the hunter did not miss the opportunity to give the king valuable advice, such as the most appropriate posture for effective combat.
Aún así el cazador no perdió la oportunidad de darle valiosos consejos al rey, como por ejemplo la postura más adecuada para un combate efectivo
Until finally Lord Ethan was released, and he was so happy that he did not hesitate to play the fiddle while the townspeople danced.
Hasta que finalmente Lord Ethan fue liberado, y estaba tan contento que no dudo en tocar el violín mientras la gente del pueblo bailaba.
But the matter of the chinchillas could wait a little longer as for now Lord Ethan had other obligations, such as listening to requests from the people, like this woman who came saying that she had found a chest in her home, but the sheriff demanded that she hand it over to the kingdom, even though she needed the money for her crops. Lord Ethan had two options, take the money, or give it back to the woman, and as our king is a nobleman he did not hesitate to give the money to its owner, the woman was so happy with the king's decision that she offered to bring him the best products of her harvest when they were ready.
Pero el asunto de las chinchillas podía esperar un poco más pues por ahora Lord Ethan tenía otras obligaciones, como escuchar las peticiones del pueblo, como esta mujer que llegó diciendo que había encontrado un cofre en su hogar, pero el alguacil exigió que lo entregase al reino, aunque ella necesitaba el dinero para sus cultivos. Lord Ethan tenía dos opciones, tomar el dinero, o devolverlo a la mujer, y como nuestro rey es noble no dudó en entregar el dinero a su dueña, la mujer estaba tan contenta con la decisión del rey que ofreció llevarle los mejores productos de su cosecha cuando estuviesen listos.
Later a man arrived complaining that the equipment he and his group used to capture witches was obsolete and that he would need a new one, the options were to accept the request or refuse it on the grounds that it was too expensive, on this occasion the king refused and of course the man was angry, saying that he would not admit whining when the witches appeared.
Posteriormente llegó un hombre quejándose de que el equipo que usaban él y su grupo para capturar brujas era obsoleto y que necesitaría uno nuevo, las opciones eran aceptar la petición o rechazarla bajo el argumento de que era algo muy costoso, en esta ocasión el rey se negó y desde luego el hombre se enfadó, diciendo que no admitirías lloriqueos cuando aparecieran las brujas.
Finally a woman arrived asking for permission to beget children with her husband, the king of course granted permission and the woman was so happy that she promised that if the gender allowed it she would name the baby after the king, all of this caused the king's popularity to rise and he reached level 5 of the monarch category.
Finalmente llegó una mujer solicitando permiso para engendrar hijos con su marido, el rey desde luego concedió el permiso y la mujer se puso tan feliz que prometió que si el genero lo permitía le pondría el nombre del rey al bebé, todo esto provocó que la popularidad del rey se elevara y alcanzara el nivel 5 de la categoría monarca
Now it was time to face the chinchillas, Lord Ethan had the choice to follow the advice of the kingdom's hunter or reject it, the king decided to give the hunter a chance to accept his advice, so the guy summoned his majesty to the pit of death.
Ahora sí, había llegado el momento de enfrentarse a las chinchillas, Lord Ethan tenía la opción de seguir los consejos del cazador del reino o rechazarlos, el rey decidió darle una oportunidad al cazador de aceptar sus consejos, así que el tipo citó a su majestad en el foso de la muerte.
His intention was for the king to practise facing the beast that lives in the pit... Although it is in Lord Ethan's nature to be brave, the feat he is about to perform sounds a little daunting, don't you think?
Su intención era que el rey practicara enfrentándose a la bestia que vive en el foso... Aunque la naturaleza de Lord Ethan es ser valiente, la hazaña que está a punto de realizar suena un poco intimidante, ¿no lo creen?
The king threw himself into the pit bravely and began to fight against the monster, sometimes Ethan was thrown against the stones, but his armour kept him protected, later people began to arrive to see the spectacle and shouted words of encouragement to their king, the hunter only watched with attention.
El rey se arrojó a la fosa valientemente y comenzó a luchar contra el monstruo, algunas veces Ethan era arrojado contra las piedras, pero su armadura lo mantenía protegido, posteriormente comenzó a llegar gente para ver el espectáculo y le gritaban palabras de aliento a su rey, el cazador solo observaba con atención
King Ethan did it, he was victorious in the fierce combat with the monster living in the pit, so the hunter was proud, and he thought that finally the king was ready to face the chinchillas of the forest, but best of all, the king had won a special armour, which the hunter would only give him when they reached the forest.
El rey Ethan lo logró, salió victorioso del feroz combate con el monstruo que vive en la fosa, así que el cazador estaba orgulloso, y pensó que finalmente el rey estaba listo para enfrentarse a las chinchillas del bosque, pero lo mejor de todo es que el rey había ganado una armadura especial, que el cazador solo le otorgaría cuando llegaran al bosque.
Before giving him the special armor, the hunter gave Ethan the option of listening to the story of how he became the best hunter, the king agreed to listen to his story and it was really very moving. The hunter was just a child when his parents died due to the attack of the terrible chinchillas, even his mother acted as a human shield to protect him, so he became the best and forged that armor to protect himself from the attacks, Since then he swore to fight against those beasts so that no child grows up without his parents.
Antes de darle la armadura especial, el cazador le dio la opción a Ethan de escuchar la historia de como se volvió el mejor cazador, el rey aceptó escuchar su historia y realmente fue muy conmovedora. El cazador era tan solo un niño cuando sus padres murieron a causa del ataque de las terribles chinchillas, incluso su madre actuó como un escudo humano para protegerlo a él, así que se convirtió en el mejor y forjó esa armadura para protegerse de los ataques, desde entonces juró luchar contra esas bestias para que ningún niño crezca sin sus padres.
The King felt very flattered with the hunter's gift, so he went straight to the forest to fight the terrible chinchillas and fortunately he defeated them, returning calm and relief to the kingdom, and with this Lord Ethan successfully completed his mission with the highest level, the gold level and to top it off, it rose to level 6 of the monarch category
El Rey se sintió muy halagado con el regalo del cazador, así que se fue directo al bosque a combatir a las terribles chinchillas y afortunadamente las venció, devolviendo la calma y el alivio al reino, además con esto Lord Ethan completó con exito su misión con el nivel más alto, el nivel oro y para colmo subió al nivel 6 de la categoría monarca
