GOOD PEOPLE OF HIVE, HOWDY! 🤠

How's everyone doing today? Hopefully, you're all doing well.
It's been a hectic week for me. Work pressure, bad weather, and lack of sleep have muddled my mind and focus. Now, here I am with the flu, sneezing non-stop, and with a puffy eye. Yet, life goes on. I still have work tomorrow, and I still decided to get up and post this gameplay of mine; instead of getting some sleep early on.
This gameplay is a few weeks older, I didn't get much time to edit, nor did I have the energy to do a write-up, but here we are now. However, I did make some time to try the Black Ops 6 Beta, and we'll talk a bit about that one today; a little update about COD and a bit of chit-chat about the current scene of gaming.

So, let's get on with it.

As seen every year, the last 2 to 3 seasons have always been the best for Warzone, and even though the exact events may not repeat, they do rhyme. Yet, these past two Seasons have not only been great, but they have been fairly nostalgic as well.

I've hustled these Seasons a fair bit, I participated in a tournament and got second place with ease, which ignited the fire that I once had inside of me for competitive gaming. Also, the whole squad made a comeback for a short while, and we've created some memories worth remembering for a while. It's not just about winning and getting the top score, but also the banter, the jokes, and the time we spend to catch up. The cumulation of the whole of it makes the gameplay and time spent worthwhile.

With Black Ops 6 right around the corner though, Warzone's future is kind of gloomy. Because the steps and "innovations" that have been implemented are quite groundbreaking; at least when compared to what we have now, and have seen for the past 4 to 5 years. Omni-movement, which is the biggest change and development in movement will be a game changer. The possibilities seem quite vast, and the first impressions are positive as well.

Even though I like the "innovative" approach with the new game, I kind of like where Warzone is right now. If this game was developed and made better instead, people would probably like it more. However, they need to make and sell games annually to make money. Because a new game makes more money compared to a game that's a year older but has solid development. It's a matter of millions and billions of dollars after all. So, they're doing what's best to make that moolah.

Hopefully, they don't get too greedy and destroy the whole thing again, like they did with Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2.

Some of the changes that are about to come are quite positive and will help the game, but of course, there are some negatives as well. It was expected though. You never can get a "perfect product" or game these days; especially in the FPS/Shooter sector.

The FPS sector/genre is a mess right now. But, some of us like a mess, and we like problems more than solutions lol. If you want peace and clarity, single-player games are the way to go. Because single-player/story mode games these days have become one hell of an experience.

Black Myth Wukong for example is the current hype, and it's a beauty. Believe it or not, the first time I saw the trailer, I knew that this thing had potential. However, I'm not in a hurry to play it right away. I'll wait for a discount during Christmas since I don't get much time these days. So, it's better if I wait it out for now.

Well, that's about it for our COD update and chit-chat about the gaming sector. I'll be signing out from here. Be seeing you folks on the next one.

Cheers & GG 🥃☮️
