Hello Everyone,
The Adventure continues, We finally got ourselves a blueprint table, and now we could build whatever we want, but we needed to collect materials before that. As soon as we built a guest house for Gwen, she started feeling hungry and she asked me if I could make something for her, but the problem is there is no kitchen and there are no ingredients, I have some fishes I fished along the way, but I have to build a kitchen before I can cook and to build a kitchen, we need bright jelly, I don't know how it works but that's what needed to build or upgrade this ship.
We have to set sail to collect the bright jelly now, I am not sure how we can collect them and what we can do with them apart from using them to build the ship, well see.
There were other points of interest on the map, but we'll explore them after collecting the bright jelly. the place where bright jelly can be caught was surrounded by a black cloudy fog. we'll see when we get there. I started to fish to pass the time to get to our destination, got some old boots, and some small fish.
Soon there were lots of bright jellies started to appear, they were flying over the ship and we need to collect them by jumping toward them, but a lot of them were out of reach so I can only collect about half of them, but that's more than enough to build the kitchen. there was this green jelly flying sometimes, I think they are somewhat special since there were only a few of them spawned and there's an indicator indicating when they are spawned, I think I caught over five of them. In the end, I caught over 185 glims, yes that's how they called it. now it's time to build the kitchen.
Right after building the kitchen, its already night, and Gwen said we can set sail to our ship when its night, I don't know how it works, but the ship stops when its night, but there are other activities you can do while waiting for morning such as fishing, cooking, etc. or you can just sleep until morning in Stella's cabin.
Now that we finally built the kitchen, we can cook for the lost souls now. but I only have basic ingredients such as fish that we fished along the way and some corns that Gwen just gave me. well see what we can cook with that, cooking corn will give popcorn and fish will give grilled fish, we can give them to the souls that are living with us or we can sell them for coins too. it would take some time to cook the ingredients, so in the meantime, I started to fish again.
Finally, it's time to collect what we put in the oven to cook and get some sleep, since there is not a lot to do now, we cant set sail and we have not unlocked more side activities, so we can get some sleep for now.
After waking up, we have to ring the bell on board to wake up all other souls on our ship, after ringing the bell, Gwen started to ask for food and gave me a bunch of quests. she wants coffee now, so we have to build a field to raise the coffee plant and then harvest it to brew coffee. nut I don't have any required materials to build the field, so the next quest is to collect the materials.
The objective now is to reach mosstein cove and collect some resources o build the field. but I wanted to check out other interests along the way, they were crates with lots of resources and ores it seems. I wanted to check them out before going to mosstein cove.
I then set sail to the area where crates are, then reached and found a bunch of scraps and planks drifting above among them is a nice crate waiting for us to collect, without further to do, I jumped in and collected the crate which gave me some seeds, logs, and an empty bottle, I also got some ore that was lying around, and there were clams and mussels were sticking on the hull of the ship, I collected them so that I can cook them afterward.
After collecting the crates, finally set sail for mosstein cove, this time Gwen started to talk about her friendship with Stella before coming here, actually she was talking about how Stella would protect everyone around her even in her elementary school. This started to add more character depth to both Stella and Gwen, I think this is going to build an emotional rollercoaster along the way. we'll see.
Then we reached mosstein cove, there are some resources on this island that could help us upgrade and rebuild the ship, there were maple trees we can cut and that gave like eight logs and some berries, and some more trees, that's all. there's nothing more than that. I think the existence of this whole cove is to let us build the kitchen. We got all the materials we need and we even hot seeds by salvaging them through the crates we found. now is to build and grow the coffee plant. but that's on the next post, I have to go now.
