I lose quarters.
Pinball machine wins.
Machine loses balls.
I win "the bigger game".
💪
Iron Maiden ⚔️🛠
The first day I played several different machines. While waiting for player 2, I decided to play a game on the side. During this side play, I achieved a very high score a lots of fun multi-balls and sessions.
Nobody there to see. After a the multi-ball frenzies died down, but the multiball time clock continues and after a while, all the machines .
Can you see the ball?
This game has lots of nooks and crannies and moving parts. If a ball pops up, it’s probably easy for it to get lodged in between some of these parts. Obviously, the machines are designed to cycle through all of their parts in the hopes of relieving the ball. This functionality is a blessing and somewhat entertaining. Most of the time it fixes a lost ball or stuck a ball. It won’t help this time.
See it yet?
Here it is...
Sometimes it’s hard to see the upper area of the pinball machines because the backboard's light creates a strong light reflection on the glass. Some of the games actually have a visor to cut down on the glare. I wonder if they will find this ball? I wonder how often the ball gets stuck there? I should probably tell them where it is.
These newer games might actually have an extra ball to accommodate the issues that come along with a ball out of rotation.
People might still play the game and it might still seem to function normally for most players. Issues will probably occur when someone advanced plays and starts chipping away game specifics and at the various game missions and highest score strategies. Pros are like that. They have strategies focused on achieving the highest possible scores as fast as possible. Probably more... I'm not pro.

Second Game
Total Nuclear Annihilation ☢️ 🛼
Yep, that’s the name of this game. It looks like some kind of roller derby game to me. There’s nothing dark and scary about the machines artistic interpretation of a total nuclear annihilation. It’s like a bubble gum anime interpretation with a little bit of Syd Mead sprinkled in. Am I missing something? Is this a remake of an Atari game? Everything about the game resembles the early pinball machines. Like, 70's and 80's pinball machines. Ruthless machines. Three balls can go quick!
Anyway, most of my speculations and assumption were correct. It’s made by a smaller company that hasn't used a theme of Disney, marvel, Hollywood records, all that black rock entertainment, sony, whatever conglomerate shit franchise character shit. No, it seems like the developer of this game intentionally aimed for a Retro look created during a retro time period. Third day I come back a second time in the day just to explore this retro style machine. First credit in and I start to do well. Then, once again, I hit the ball in a way that knocks it up and out of the Plainfield. It lands near the plunger area. Where it finds a large opening and falls to the bottom of the machine. I could see it.
Meanwhile the game is in a timed mode, and the bonus is accumulating. this bonus will never be had. The machine goes through all the normal resets, but the ball is missing and for some reason the machines don’t have an extra ball delivery system.
Why Am I The Winner?
I legitimately caused a game malfunction.
Opponent malfunctions during corse of normal game play and must forfeit.
😂🤷♂️😂
Me wins.
Breaking games is neat.
Thanks for supporting and reading.
Have a nice day.
