Well Hello There Fellow Gamers And Hivers!
A Game All But Forgotten About!
Grounded! Not sure if I've ever seen anyone share anything like this on Hive! Well let me be frank this is real fun when doing the co-op mission! Real fun!
I've played it quite a bit on the solo side of life but with the current weekend and the "LAN" session we thought to dive deep into this one! It's a totally different game when playing it with a bunch of friends though! Totally different!!
I mean take a look at this guy... I just built this smithing station and he thought it good to steal my access to it! I should hatchet the rat bastard! Oh wait it is a team game so I should chill! Laughs!
PSSST The next episode might have some commentary in, however we wont always be speaking English!
The Start Has Passed!
We've already started the game a few hours earlier but I thought it good to start recording once we're somewhat settled in... It would be awfully stupid to just run around and figure things out while recording right?
Besides I had the sister joining us in this little grounded adventure as these games are right on spot with what she likes... querky and weird! It's hella big fun!
The start of the episode is a little slow since we got most things around the camp prepped out and after that we will head out!
Day Is Ticking Away!
The quest at hand was to find the "Hedge Ascent" and also a super chip for BURG.L now this was going to be quite tricky if I learned anything from my previous playtime solo... I didn't get much further than this back then but I made quite big progress back then... For a solo!
Another thing I do love about this game is the graphics and the ambient lighting.. given it's not as amazing on my pc as most people out there but it sure as hell hits the spot!
The Orb Weaver!
Whelp... this is something!!!
I think "ThiNk" is trying to kill us here! Laughs! He pulled some blade thing out of a rock... You know almost like that King Arthur guy and well he set the devil loose on us with that one I can tell you this!
A bloody Orb weaver! Okay I know it's small in comparison to what really is out there but heck a spider with fangs! Not an easy fight! But we managed!
Oh we also did get poisoned!
By the time the sis joined up with us we got smashed a couple of times! Real bad actually! At some point I thought we weren't going to make it through to the "Hedge Ascent!"
It was a couple of retrys and we decided to take it slower rather than faster after a couple of great deaths!
The size of a bottle cap compared to us!
This is without a doubt a real brilliant idea for a game right?
Try And Try Again!
For the next 5 to 7 minutes of game play we tried to get through that wall we kept running into! It wasn't as easy but we finally gathered our wits and thought to do things at a slower pace... You know time the creatures and wait for them to pass through and make and take our gaps when the insects wandered off!
It worked so by the way!
The Hedge Ascent!
Well we found it! Nothing what I expected it to look like but we found it xD! Laughs!
It's a garden scissor that got lost somehow hey! Now imagine being this small and something falls down on you!! Hectic!
Anyways it does look quite murky right? Scary as hell actually!
Up up up and away we go!
A Maze Of Hidden Treasures!
Well we found some Apricop box of juice! Quite cool if you ask me! We decided on sharing the droplet of juice we found and from there onwards it was lab time!
Given I nearly fell off the tree trying to jump my way to the juice box! It would have been a terrible ordeal and one that can easily happen with the slip of a foot!
Now this looks like a one way path! Setting off on an adventure from which we will likely never return!
Hectic stuff right!
Well there we go! We are in it now!
Where Things Get Interesting!
WE FOUND IT!
WE FINALLY FOUND IT!
The door to the lab... or a lab? Or the start of it? Not sure but what I do know is that I want to go in there and start discovering some cool stuff!
A Dead End With A Discovery!
Okay so this might not actually be a dead end per say but it was! We've retrieved a great deal of info from this pod and we also discovered something that can help us tremendously with everything to come!
I absolutely love the fact that the tunnels are open viewed.. if that makes sense at all? Not sure but you can see outside!
Another great addition to the game might be the story line, however I am way to used to games that actually have a story you can choose from! Laughs!
The SCA.B Surveyor! Now this is something that might come in handy later on in the next episode of Grounded!
