Exploring some Lexington buildings
On his way back passed Covenant in order to reach the first base for a swap of gear and stock up, a traveling caravan was wandering around, allowing sale of some old power armour items mainly, before buying the antibiotics the caravan merchant had.
Soon after they finished trading, Arghrash thought he was being attacked by the machine gun turrets on the Covenant wall.. but turns out a bloodbug had started to attack him and they were trying to help save him, but clipped him while going for the damn bug.
***"Guess I better be careful going passed here and that no enemies are nearby
This time after trading it was straight off to Lexington. Some raiders got in the way of checking out the buildings nearby, but he still managed to quickly dispose of them and seeing if anything worthy of being looted, could be found anywhere nearby.
Not much was found though, even after killing a machine gun turret and ghoul so he could check another building.. some mentats and herbal antimicrobial could be found after sleeping on a sleeping bag.
Back on the streets while still looking around for the building where at an earlier point, Arghrash had killed a power armour raider but couldn't find the body, some ghouls had come out to play and they were getting whacked with the assassin's cane for a bit of fun.
He went inside a nearby building to check it out and found a locked security door, by terminal password. A few attempts at hacking it and it finally opened.. then a safe with an advanced lock was found next to a shelf, with pre war money.
"Why would somebody protect this stash so heavily? It's not even a good loot stash but hell I am taking it all anyway" Arghrash said as he looted the safe stash.
Another building was checked out and when getting upstairs and opening up a closed door, a raider psycho was found in some power armour.
It was a close up and tougher fight which required the laser rifle and V.A.T.S to ensure a tidy kill was gained, the raider had a weaker weapon at least so it couldn't do as much to the power armour that Arghrash was wearing.
"So glad to see a bed in this building and a spot to rest up after this extra work, clearing these buildings and surrounding areas" thought Arghrash as he took a long, 10 hour sleep to be well rested and then carried on back to base one.
The water purifiers had been hard at work by getting 22 lots of purified water stored. Some additional things were gathered before making a trip back to the boathouse and then it would be back to the hospital.
The incinerator previously looted from a hellfire troop was taken along with all his stored flamer fuel. The hellfire armour pieces were also equipped so he could be sure of a longer survivability.
"Guess I better take this bad boy for a test run. See how quickly something burns!"
A bloodbug was found on the way to the boathouse and it was incinerated with ease, the ball of fire shooting out to engulf the bug in a flame of death and Arghrash was so proud of a mighty fine thing, like the incinerator being in his hands.
