From murder to exploration out of Dawnstar
"How could you do this? I am going to tell on you" said a crying Constance Michel who tried to run away from the group and tell the guards what happened.. but she clearly was a part of the cruelty and had to be taken out and that is what Orcanorc did!
It happened to be that a guard was walking near the orphanage to check up on the loud noise of the children and other ruckus, he just witnessed what happened which led him to attack Orcanorc.
"You will pay for that with your life, I did these kids a favour after being asked by one to help out, to make them lead cruelty free lives!" Orcanorc shouted as the group went in on the Riften guard, killing him and there was not another witness to worry about now.
Back into Windhelm they went and straight to seeing Aventus Aretino to advise him of the good news. He was so happy with knowing Grelod the Kind is now dead and the orphanage is once again, going to be a good place.
Orcanorc was provided the Aretino Family Heirloom which was a very nice and old plate made of a type of metal. Won't sell for heaps but will be held onto for the moment until decided what to do with it.
A trip was taken on the carriage to Dawnstar this time but they were not going into this city at this time.
No, they headed out to explore further and possibly complete more quests while continuing to grow stronger all the time and the first place discovered.. Nightcaller Temple and the group was greeted by some frost spiders out the front.
"Bash and smash in these squishy spider and we will be free" said Vorstag as the group pummeled their weapons, into the spiders to turn them into splattered bugs!
Spiders are never a threat now and only when you are less experienced, will you have troubles against them. At least they could move on, to find the Winterhold Imperial Camp full of the Imperial soldiers.. just chatting about war and taking it to the enemy so nothing special here.
Riding further into the distance, Frostflow Lighthouse was passed as a spot to be remembered and then heading off even further but into the ice now, finding feral ice wolves running in a pack and attacking the horse as Orcanorc rode by on it.
It was a really quick fight as the wolves got stabbed once or twice and then were dead.. meaning a quicker escape which was leading to an important place the group wanted to visit, Winterhold and to go to the mages college there to eventually learn, some epic spells that will do so much to their enemies!
First he would have to prove himself. "I want to see you use the flames spell on this marker on the ground and then, I can take you across the bridge" Faralda explained while Orcanorc looked down and cast flames to enable entrance, to the college of Winterhold.
Mirabelle showed him around the college and to the quarters where sleeping and storage can be done as needed.
Once the tour was over, Tolfdir was teaching the new recruits and trying to teach only safety to everyone.. which is needed but it should also be something practical and that is what Orcanorc suggested.
"If we are learning something practical then we have better use of our magic and to greater effect."
Tolfdir had Orcanorc use lesser ward and block his magic which was the lesson they learned today, before being advised that, everyone was to meet him in front of Saarthaal for an expedition and gain field work experience.
