Happy Thursday friends of plants and gardens, some time without stopping by, but I have not forgotten you, I tell you that the few plants I have at home and in the office are doing very well, my mother's orchid has not given more flowers, but still is very pampered and spoiled, now I come to share with you a plant that I got a few months ago, a Bromeliad.

For those who do not remember or did not read it a few months ago I told you about some Bromeliad plants that are in one of the entrances of the urbanization where I live, which are cared for by a young man, who has been given shelter, for those who do not remember here the publication.

In that opportunity, I asked that man named Joel, to get me a Bromeliad plant, so the next day he came to my house with a plant that he sold me for a dollar and also brought me a kind of artificial trunk to place it, at that time I took some pictures to show its progress, but they were lost, since I had to format my cell phone and I thought that the pictures were saved in the micro SD memory but it was not so.

Now, my Bromeliad plant has grown, when Joel gave it to me its leaves were completely green and it was smaller, now its leaves look longer and are taking coloration between reddish and orange, also today while I was removing dead leaves from them I saw that a sprout is on its way, I love this, because when I have children, I want to give one to my sister @cvnuitter so she can also have one in her land.

Today I was thinking of going downstairs and giving it a new location away from the window of my home for two basic reasons, the first one I think it will get hurt by the bars of the window and when it grows bigger it will be more difficult for me to remove it and I will hurt its leaves and the last thing I want to do is to hurt it, on the other hand, from the upper floor sometimes when washing the hallway they throw water with soap and other products that come out through a pipe that they placed and that gives right on my window when the water flow is a lot it does not fall on my window but when it decreases it does and it has damaged the window and sometimes splashes the plant, so I want to take care of these products too, so it is better to place it in another place, where it is far from all this and where it receives the right amount of shade and also sun.

But today after lunch it rained all afternoon, so I could not go down to look for a suitable place for it, I hope that my bromeliad continues to grow and manages to have beautiful colors and give many flowers to brighten the view to all of us who see it.

In summary, this beautiful plant is in process of growth and that makes me happy because I want to see it big and beautiful with vivid colors and beautiful flowers, I say goodbye hoping to return soon with a publication of my cactus, it has grown and given children, at the moment I have it at home, because I am on vacation and I would not leave it alone in the office, these children that it has given I want to transplant them to have more cactus and that they become company, a hug for all of you lovers of gardening.

Feliz jueves amigos de las plantas y los jardines, algún tiempo sin pasar por acá, pero no por ello los he olvidado, les comento que las pocas plantas propias que tengo en casa y en la oficina están muy bien, la orquídea de mi madre no ha dado mas flores, pero igual está muy mimada y consentida, ahora vengo a compartir con ustedes de una planta que conseguí hace unos meses, una Bromelia.

Para los que no lo recuerdan o no lo leyeron hace unos meses les hable de unas plantas de Bromelia que se encuentran en una de las entradas de la urbanización en la que vivo, las cuales son cuidadas por un joven hombre, al que se le ha dado cobijo, para aquellos no las recuerdan aquí la publicación.

En esa oportunidad, le solicite a ese hombre de nombre Joel, me consiguiera una planta de Bromelia, así al día siguiente llego a mi casa con una planta que me vendió por un dólar y también me trajo una especie de tronco artificial para colocarla, en ese momento le tome algunas fotografías para ir mostrando su progreso, pero se perdieron, ya que se celular lo tuve que formatear y creí que las fotografías estaban guardadas en la memoria micro SD pero no fue, así.

Ahora bien, mi planta de Bromelia ha crecido, cuando Joel me la entrego sus hojas eran completamente verdes y era mas pequeña, ya sus hojas lucen mas largas y están tomando coloración entre rojiza y naranja, también hoy mientras retiraba de ellas hojas muertas vi que viene en camino un retoño esto me encanta, pues cuando de hijos, quiero darle uno a mi hermana @cvnuitter para que también tenga una en su terreno.

Hoy pensaba bajar y darle una nueva ubicación lejos de la ventana de mi hogar por dos razones básicas, la primera creo que se maltara con los barrotes de la ventana y cuando crezca mas me será mas difícil retirarla y lastimare sus hojas y lo ultimo que deseo es hacerle daño, por otro lado, desde el piso superior a veces la lavar el pasillo tiran agua con jabón y otros productos que salen por un tubo que colocaron y que da justo sobre mi ventana cuando el caudal de agua es mucho no cae sobre mi ventana pero cuando disminuye si lo hace y me ha dañado la ventana y a veces salpica la planta, así que deseo cuidarla de estos productos también, por ello es mejor colocarla en otro lugar, donde este lejos de todo esto y donde reciba la cantidad adecuada de sombra y también de sol.

Pero hoy después del almuerzo llovió toda la tarde, así que no pude bajar para buscar un lugar acorde para ella, espero que mi bromelia continúe creciendo y logre tener hermosos colores y dar muchas flores para alegarnos la vista a todos los que la veamos.

En resumen, esta bella planta va en proceso de crecimiento y eso me alegra pues deseo verla grande hermosa con vivos colores y bellas flores, me despedido esperando volver pronto con una publicación de mi cactus, ha crecido y dado hijos, actualmente lo tengo en casa, pues estoy de vacaciones y no lo dejaría solito en la oficina, estos hijos que ha dado deseo trasplantarlos para tener mas cactus y que se hagan compañía, un abrazo para todos ustedes amantes de la jardinería.
