Hello everyone
I hope you all are doing fine. As the winter season is about to began here in Pakistan, so it's time to add some new items to our garden. I am not the one doing so but my mum does, in her little garden at home. Everyday she pays a visit there, sees her fruits and vegetables growing healthy and becomes happy.
Spinach is one of our favourite vegetables and instead of buying it from market, my mother preferred to grow it in her garden. Spinach is rich in vitamins and is really useful for old people to eat, that might also be the reason that both of my parents like it.
It was 10th of October when i came home from university and saw my mum along with my brother ploughing the soil, later i realised why they were doing so, it was a little area but that's enough for our family in this winter season.
It is actually not difficult to grow spinach in Pakistan. You just need the right conditions and by God's blessing, we have all four seasons here in our area.
I was reading about spinach on the internet and found that it's really beneficial for various kinds of diseases. I don't know how much of that was true but i asked my mum and she told me it is something healthy.
If any vegan is reading this, i am sorry but i am a meat addict and usually don't eat vegetables.
Vegetables are only my concern whenever i come home and see this little garden or whenever my mum cooks for me.
As i already told they are planted on the 10th of October so i decided to observe the growth closely and found out that they are actually making it. My mum is going to be happy as always once she will visit here. I later on asked her that how long it takes to grow them completely and she answered if sun is fully out for the next two months this crop is ready for harvest.
This was something wondering for me as i thought it takes around 5-6 months for a particular crop to grow completely. Well, this tiny spinach was looking good.
I was just wondering at that moment, how this tiny looking thing will grow and cover this whole field in just 50-60 days. It would be actually fun to see them getting harvested.
If i would be here in my home at that time, i will make it sure to share it with you.
Well, that's all from my side.
GOODLUCK AND BEST WISHES 👌
