Hello guys, I want to talk about what I learned from my grandmother about medicinal plants 🤓 I hope you like it, Good morning 🌺 Happy Sunday of rest 🥰
My grandmother had a wisdom and knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation.
As a child, we walked through the communities, there were not as many buildings as there are now and the patios were large and planted, many medicinal plants, such as oregano, ginger, lemon verbena, lemon balm, cariaquiaquito and many wild plants that were also useful for health 🩷.
It is incredible how much you can do with medicinal plants, very effective home remedies.
How lucky to have a grandmother with so much knowledge of home remedies!.
My grandmother's remedies for the flu and stomach ache were functional 👍.
My grandmother prepared a tea for us, an infusion of herbs that did wonders to relieve the symptoms.
There are so many plants in our community that can help treat different conditions, from chamomile tea to calm nerves, to aloe to relieve burns.

My grandmother 🩷 For coughs she prepared red onion, ginger, aloe and honey, she would boil it and let it reduce and then put it in a bottle with honey and bury that bottle for 7 days, that bottle was never missing from the house 😁.
She also made a burn to purify the blood when we had just given birth, it was with brandy, brown sugar, alucema, guayabita pepper and cumin and cinnamon, also anise seeds, she made a Melao with all the ingredients and put it in a bottle 🧐.
She had a remedy for everything, and I inherited that hahaha 😁 I always take my plants preventively 👍.
I learned from her what I know about home remedies. I miss my grandmother a lot 😢.
Also, my mother used them and I learned and now, I teach my grandchildren my grandmother's home remedies 🤓.
Beyond home remedies, my grandmother was a source of wisdom and spiritual guidance for our family.
