Hello everyone, I'm back again today and happy first day of spring. The weather is a bit cool, just right, and today is a weekend for many people. I'll take everyone to the garden. To move a papaya tree

And I have to tell you first that I brought the seeds from Thailand. This variety is commonly grown in Thailand. If it were in Thailand, it would be easy to buy, but here it is quite difficult. Another thing that Thailand uses green papaya for food is Somtum, which is another one of my favorite dishes. But when I come here, it's quite difficult to find green papaya. Most Asian restaurants have green papaya that isn't tasty or crisp. When pounded, it doesn't taste good, but I use it sometimes because I can't find it anywhere.

And this time, I tried to plant papaya seeds. I'm not sure if it will grow to the point of bearing fruit. We have to wait and see if it will make it through the winter. And this is the start of our papaya planting by preparing to plant it in a pot first. In fact, I planted about 10 seeds and probably only one plant was born and it was beautiful as well. We started planting in May. Until the day the papaya seedlings had to be transplanted was mid-August.

That day, I told my father that we had to move the papaya seedlings to the land because the papaya tree was already taller than this pot. Father prepared to dig the ground. to move a papaya tree for me Then I put fertilizer on the bottom to nourish this papaya tree and then moved it from the pot to the land. Water it and it's finished. From now on and in the future, it remains to be seen whether it will survive or not. Because I have never seen a papaya tree in the cold city. I just prayed for it to happen. It grew until it bore fruit for us to eat.

Then I went to take pictures of various vegetables in our garden. Today I walked and found some beautiful mushrooms blooming in the garden, but I'm not sure if they're poisonous or not. I don't dare to eat it. I've seen it beautiful. In addition, there is also basil that is both Thai and here. Melons that produce small fruits There are miniature cherry tomatoes in the garden that are being swarmed with insects.

And this is our little garden with a variety of fruits and vegetables. There weren't many, just some of them, not all of them taken. Grow a little bit of each variety and when cooking, you can eat many different dishes.
