Rain has a fascinating feature of altering the environment, right? It has a magic touch in nature.
Only a few days back, I visited my homeland and nestled in my mother-in-law’s garden, which I came to love.
After the rain, the sight was so astonishing that I was speechless. Each flower glittered, showing its beauty in such an astonishing manner that it almost made me lose my speech.
Let me show you around.
Every season she has set up a very vibrant selection of flowers, which are around 40 of them, from tiny rain lilies to the colorful Portulaca.
The Periwinkles along with the good-smelling Myrtle catch my eyes among the other ones. Her garden is wonderful every season but after the rain, it's a different story.
There are also lovely vegetable plants to be grown by her. My curiosity was mainly focused on her ginger plantation, which was so brilliantly stuffed in a reusable plastic bag. It was a wonderful idea to go environmentally friendly and recycle or I should say upcycle.
Besides the ginger, she grew red chilies and eggplants, which brightened the garden with their beautiful colors.
The view of washed plants and flowers that are smiling is something to touches my heart and I'm sure anyone would fall for them.
The freshness and the glow of the plants were so attractive and I was filled with thoughts of nature's strength and power.
But, on the other hand, the recent nonstop rain challenges us with the flood in Bangladesh to rediscover the fact that not all rains are joyful.
The extremely nice time let me think about my mother-in-law's green thumb and how much nature can give us back if we take care of it.
I anticipate sending everyone my pictures of growing flowers---that is something that certainly has to be seen!
