I remember when I was just a kid, we usually spent Christmas and New Year away from home, and if not in Auntie Velyn's home, we'd then go visit Auntie Ella's house to spend our Christmas there, of course with Auntie Velyn too. Mommy F is still strong and can drive (this was before she had stroke), so we can just freely travel to visit them during those times. But as I grew older, that usual thing changed, and even during important occasions, we would just spend it at home. I've really no problem with that, though.

But whenever we go visit these relatives house, I am always excited because it is always filled with delicious foods. And I really love foods, and there are times too that they prepared foods that I haven't tried yet. I remember during one occasion when we visited Auntie Ella's home. Her daughter Ate Che prepared Carbonara, and it's actually my first time trying it. And I really love it! It has ham in it, so I really love it. Ahhh, seriously, happy memories are always fun to look back on. Would you agree?

Anyways, our last visit in Auntie Ella's home was last year, in September. I was really surprised with how their home looks more warm than, I mean, I really love that it was filled with different plants, like a whole big garden. I love all the plants surrounding the area. I don't know who takes care of those plants, but as far as I know, they have this long-time helper at their home. I know them, but I'm still not sure if they take care of it because they surely have other tasks at home. Or maybe it's Ate Che who takes care of it together with her hubby.

Back then, some of their orchids were sprouting flowers, and they were really pleasing to the eyes. Its color really made the place brighter and warmer. Seriously though, plants can really do a big thing in one's home. Is this why people love to fill their home with a lot of beautiful plants? Ahhh, I can't wait to have my own land to build a home and make my own massive garden in there. I will surely paint it with beautiful and natural colors of nature, GREEN.

And another thing is, I really like this bamboo tree in their backyard near the dirty kitchen. It looks so cool and pretty at the same time. It fits the whole place.

It's like they are living in a forest with those trees and vines everywhere. Thanks to this, the air is fresher, and who needs an e-fan if they have a more natural one, a blessing from Mother Nature?

And this is what you can see on the other side near the terrace. It is greener in there, there's an orchid too on this side with those plants everywhere. It looks so beautiful on this side too,

I think they didn't have time to clean this side, but there are a few dry leaves on the ground. But even that gives a beautiful effect to the whole place. It's more natural.

And here are the different flowers that you can see in their garden aside from the orchids. They're out there fresh, and everyone can smell and touch it. You just have to be careful not to touch the petals, as they may fall. Ahh, but I did touch it. Oops.

I luckily stumble upon these brown mushrooms with a beautiful pattern. It was growing in the deepest and lowest corner, and I had a hard time getting a decent photo of it because at that time I couldn't really move freely yet. Lol. But still, I was able to snap a few. I checked the other corner too, but sadly, I couldn't find anything. I thought I would be able to find a different species of mushrooms, ಥ‿ಥ.

Our visit there is surely a fun one even though it is tiring as well. Hah, socializing can be really so tiring. It amaze me when people can socialize just fine and was still full of energy. I could never. When we get home I immediately go to my bed and took my time enjoying that "alone moment." Lol

Yan din inaaabangan ko noon, Pg Christmas at new year. But we don't go to other places, only relatives come to visit. Yung pasalubong😂

Hahaha, and kayo ang naghahanda ng marami, uwu. Ay if with padalubong baha din ba chocolates eheh

Hehe, socializing is true that sometimes it can be exhausting. But the good thing is that if you have to do it in that house, when you feel exhausted from socializing you can escape to be surrounded by beautiful plants for a while ;) Cheers 🌸🌱😊

Thats so true, some visitors prefer to stay inside so I can have my alone time in the garden while having a walk. Or I can just stay at the terrace with Mama. Hehe

I love the flower, they are so cute. I remember when I was a kid, I enjoyed flowers. They are good for healing.

Your garden looks so beautiful with many kinds of flowers.

Thank you ✨😊

Those flowers are absolutely adorable! They remind me so much of my childhood. I used to spend hours in our garden, picking wildflowers and arranging them in little vases. There was something so magical about them, and I think you're right – they really do have a healing quality.

They are so lovely no, thats why its really wonderful to have them in the yard. We can always enjoy it even while having a walk.

Yes, they're absolutely lovely! It's such a treat to have them in the yard, and it makes even a simple walk so much more enjoyable.
