El éxito, como todos sabemos, tiene muchos amigos, pero el fracaso es un compañero solitario, muchas veces la gente quiere saber que elemento ayuda a distinguir empresario de éxito en la niebla de la abundancia, algunos sugieren que es sus ideas únicas, algunos dicen que es su talento innato, algunos creen que hay algo más que el talento o idea única, pero quiero decir que no se basa en los elementos antes mencionados, sino concretamente en algo que todos poseemos, Lo llamamos «Experiencia». En mi opinión, este es exactamente el elemento que tiene la capacidad de dar forma y reestructurar el espíritu empresarial como campo de actividad. Se ha demostrado que la experiencia puede dotar a un empresario de las habilidades adecuadas, la perspicacia y el nivel de resiliencia necesarios para prosperar, sin importar los constantes cambios del panorama empresarial.
Es importante decir en este punto que cada experiencia que se obtiene a lo largo de la vida, tiene un papel importante que desempeñar en moldear y dar forma a su negocio de la vida y el transportista, si se puede prestar atención a los detalles de la experiencia, cuando se presta atención a los detalles de su experiencia, la exploración de la experiencia diversa para dar forma a su viaje, no será una gran cosa. La experiencia en el ámbito de la iniciativa empresarial es un conocimiento práctico de primera mano, es la habilidad que adquieres a través de tu implicación personal, ya sea en el proceso de inicio o en el de crecimiento. Los retos a los que te enfrentas a diario mientras te ocupas de cuestiones complejas e incluso del propio riesgo de dirigir una empresa no son algo unidireccional, sino una experiencia que abarca todas las áreas de tu compromiso y aprendizaje.
Estas experiencias son un activo vital para los emprendedores, Veamos algunas de ellas en mi opinión y el papel que desempeña.

Su experiencia diaria añade valor a usted sobre una base diaria, es muy importante decir que si todos los días damos atención a los resultados de nuestra lista de tareas diarias, vamos a ganar tanta ventaja. Sinceramente hablando las muchas escuelas de pensamiento que estamos maximizando hoy en día son todas la experiencia de vida de otro individuo.
Tanto la educación formal como la informal que recibimos, son producto de la experiencia individual que fue cuidadosamente capturada y debidamente maximizada, tu propia experiencia de hoy puede ser la línea de vida de otra persona mañana, pero eso no será posible si no prestas cuidadosa atención a los detalles de tu experiencia de hoy.
Mucha gente pensará que sólo cuando una experiencia es positiva, se le debe dar una consideración razonable, pero no, incluso las que no vienen con buenas vibraciones tienen un conocimiento profundo que ganar, si se mira con cuidado, a fin de obtener el conocimiento deseado.
Su Experiencia Aumentó Su Capacidad De Asumir Riesgos:
La participación en un riesgo, sólo puede ser muy eficaz a través de su experiencia personal, nunca se puede participar eficazmente en el riesgo sin experiencia. Su experiencia diaria le ayuda a medida que cultivar y también mejorar su capacidad para la toma de riesgos, cuando se expone a cualquier desafío que ha encontrado previamente será un trabajo más, porque usted sabe cómo se navega a través y usted sabe la mejor manera de participar en la aventura para un posible resultado. En algunos casos, incluso cuando sólo se dispone de información limitada, con la experiencia adquirida se pueden tomar decisiones críticas que proporcionarán los mejores resultados y posibles beneficios.
Tu Experiencia Ayuda a las Habilidades de Resolución de Problemas:
Su experiencia diaria en la vida, incluso como empresario es muy crucial en su viaje progresivo, que le ayudará en el cultivo de un conjunto único de habilidades para resolver incluso técnica. Cualquiera que nunca haya experimentado problemas complejos en la vida, tendrá muchas dificultades para afrontarlos. Para un empresario, es normal encontrarse con retos complejos que requieren soluciones innovadoras y creativas.
para abordarlos eficazmente y superar así los diversos obstáculos diarios a los que se enfrenta en su vida y en su negocio.
Será difícil adaptarse fácil y rápidamente a situaciones cambiantes e incluso gestionar eficazmente tareas prioritarias, especialmente tomar decisiones bajo presión, al igual que ahora en mi país, la experiencia de covid19 nos ha abierto los ojos a situaciones difíciles, hasta el punto de que en la actual recesión económica, hemos conservado una valiosa capacidad de resolución de problemas que puede ayudarnos a navegar a través de las limitaciones financieras, encontrando así fuentes alternativas de ingresos.
Tu experiencia amplía la red y los recursos:
Tu experiencia en la vida, incluso como emprendedor, siempre te aportará la ventaja de la expansión en red y recursos. Al hacerlo, tus conexiones y la red de personas que conozcas en el camino hacia la solución de ese problema probablemente abrirán muchas puertas y oportunidades increíbles, darán a luz a socios que ofrecerán valiosos consejos que te ayudarán a construir relaciones con algunos expertos industriales, mentores y conocimientos de otras contrapartes en el campo empresarial, mejorando así el potencial de los inversores.
Siempre voy a llamar la atención sobre la red de amigos que construimos con el tiempo, se puede desarrollar una red fuerte que puede servir como un sistema de apoyo en tiempos difíciles, por ejemplo, cuando hay una caída de alguna inversión pesada, que le ofrecerá orientación, así como la motivación que le mantendrá a través de la temporada, en estos momentos la experiencia que no tienen, la red que ha construido puede ofrecer una mayor y mejor los recursos deseados para la eficacia y la productividad.
Los últimos meses he asistido a una conferencia empresarial, donde conocí a más de cinco mil (5000) jóvenes empresarios, durante la sesión de trabajo, nos sentamos en un grupo de 50 personas y eso nos permitió interactuar personalmente con personas de ideas afines, intercambiando así contactos, intereses compartidos que fomentarán colaboraciones en nuestros diferentes campos, ampliando así nuestra red prácticamente que hizo el acceso a los recursos fácil y eficaz, así como construir un fuerte ecosistema de apoyo que ayuda al éxito empresarial.
En mi conclusión, es importante que usted tome cuidadosamente ventaja de su experiencia diaria en la vida en general, que le ayudará a construir su capacidad mental, el aumento de su capacidad de asumir riesgos, ayuda a las habilidades de resolución de problemas y ampliar su red y recursos, por lo que ser intencional, tanto la buena y la llamada mala experiencia son muy útiles, prestar atención a los detalles, se llega lejos.

Success as we all know have many friends but failure is a lonely fellow, many times people want to know that very element that helps set apart successful entrepreneur in the mist of plenty, some suggest it’s their unique ideas, some say it’s their innate talent, some believe that there is more to it than just the talent or unique idea but I want to say that it does not lie on those above mentioned elements but concretely on something we all possess, we call it “Experience”, exactly this is one element in my opinion that move with the potency to shape and as well restructure entrepreneurship as a field of engagement, Experience has been proven to be able to equip an entrepreneur with adequate skills, insight and the level of resilience that is able to thrive, not minding the ever-changing business landscape.
It is important to say at this point that every experience you get alongside life, has a major role to play in molding and shaping your life business and carrier, if you can give attention to the details of the experience, when you give attention to the details of your experience, exploring the diverse experience to shape your journey, will not be a big thing. Experience is a personality that teaches valuable life lessons, beyond that, it offers wisdom full of insight with the ability that goes beyond industries, this is what we or many other persons have not been maximizing. This article is to help create awareness that any experience is a teacher and amazingly it will leave you with valuable insight and powerful ability that transience industries, so if you have not been maximizing your daily experience, its important you do so, buckle up to explore the secrets that makes an individual extraordinary.
Definition Of Experience in Entrepreneurship:
Experience in the field of entrepreneurship is a firsthand practical knowledge, it is the skill you gain through your personal involvement, either in the starting process or in the growing process. The challenges you face on a daily bases while attending to complex issues and even the very risk of running a venture, this is not a one way thing but an experience that cut across all areas of your engagement and learning.
These experiences are vital asset for entrepreneurs, Let’s look at a few of them in my opinion and the role it plays.
Your Experience Aids Your daily Learning:
Your daily experience adds value to you on a daily bases, it is very important to say that if we daily give attention to the outcome our daily to-do list, we will gain so much advantage. Sincerely speaking the many school of thought that we are maximizing today are all the life experience of another individual.
Both the formal and the informal education that we engage, are all product of individual experience that was carefully captured and duly maximized, your own experience today can be another person’s life line tomorrow, but that will not be possible if you don’t give careful attention to details of your experience today. Many people will think that it is only when an experience is positive, that it should be given reasonable consideration but no, even the once that don’t come with beautiful vibes have insightful knowledge to gain, if looked carefully into, so as to gain the desired knowledge.
Your Experience Increased Your Risk-Taking Ability:
Engagement in a risk, can only be very effective through your personal experience, you can never effectively engage in risk without experience. Your daily experience helps you as you cultivate and also enhance your ability for risk taking, when you are exposed to any challenge that you have previously encountered will be a work over, because you know how you navigated through and you know the best way to engage the adventure for a possible result. In some cases even when you are only privilege to limited information, with your experience, you can take critical decisions that will give desired or best result and potential gain.
Your Experience Aids Problem-Solving Skills:
Your daily experience in life, even as an entrepreneur is very crucial in your progressive journey, it will help you in cultivating a unique set of skills for solving even technical. Anyone that has never experience complex issues in life, will find it very difficult to cope with it. For an entrepreneur encountering complex challenge that requires innovative and creative solution are normal, every technical problem requires an ability to think critically so as to find creative ways to effectively tackle them thereby overcoming the daily various hurdles that you are faced as you engage your life and business.
It will be difficult to adapt easily and quickly to changing situations and even to effectively handle priority task, especially taking decisions under pressure, just like now in my country, the covid19 experience, had opened our eye to challenging situations, so much that in the current economic downturn, we have retained valuable problem solving ability that can help us navigate through financial constraint, thereby finding alternative streams of revenue.
Your Experience Expanded Network and Resources:
Your experience in life, even as an entrepreneur will always bring you the advantage of expansion in network and resources. When you go through complex challenges, you will make moves to find possible means to solving them, In so doing your connections and the network of people you meet along the way to solving that problem will likely open many amazing doors and opportunities, it will give birth to partners that will offer valuable advise that will help you build relationship with some industrial experts, mentors and knowledge from other counterpart in the entrepreneurial field thereby enhancing potential investors.
I will always draw our attention to the network of friends that we build over time, you can develop a strong network that can serve as a support system during challenging times, for instance when there is a crash of some heavy investment, they will offer you guidance, as well as motivation that will keep you through the season, at these point in time the experience you don’t have, the network you have built can offer a more and best desired resources for effectiveness and productivity.
Last few months I attended an entrepreneurial conference, were I meet over Five Thousand (5000) young entrepreneurs, during the breakout session, we sat in a group of 50 persons and that allowed us to interact personally with like minds individuals thereby exchanged contact, shared interest that will foster collaborations in our different fields, thereby expanding our network practically that made access to resource easy and effective, as well as build a strong support ecosystem that aids entrepreneurial success.
In my conclusion, it is important that you carefully take advantage of your daily experience in life generally, it will help you build your mental capacity, Increased your Risk-Taking Ability, Aids Problem-Solving Skills and Expand your Network and Resources, So be intentional, both the good and the so called bad experience are very useful, give attention to details, you will go far.
