Hallo..good night Hiver, meet me again @abizahid. How are you today I hope all of you are in good health always with your beloved family at home.
If we talk about dental and oral health, then this important thing is often ignored by almost all people. The low level of awareness in caring for dental and oral health is one of the causes of many dental and oral diseases in Indonesian society.
Having healthy teeth is definitely everyone's dream, and do you all know that dental health is the beginning of the health of our entire human body? And yes, it turns out to be a fact. In the mouth, there are lots of bacteria that can affect other organs in the body. If we forget regular dental and oral care, then there could be bad bacteria that enter the digestive organs, causing various diseases.
We can start by taking care of our teeth and mouth by maintaining healthy food consumption, cleaning tartar, filling cavities, extracting teeth that can no longer be maintained by dentists and cleaning plaque and food debris that sticks to teeth by brushing teeth. regularly and correctly.
Well, on Monday, September 12, the Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe School together with the Indonesian Dentist Association (PDGI Lhokseumawe City) held a "Mass Toothbrush" activity for all Sukma Bangsa Elementary School students. This activity was initiated first with socialization about the importance of dental and oral health, and was held to commemorate the 2022 National Dental and Oral Health Day (HKGN).
I took the time to attend Sukma Bangsa School for a while to see the event and take some of the best moments from the whole activity, only that I was a little late arriving at school because the event was almost over. My eldest son, Zahid and his sister Hasanah were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. Because in the evening they were very excited to tell us (their parents) about the mass toothbrushing activity they participated in at school with the doctors. They both also said not to forget to brush your teeth at least 2 times a dayday 😄
Here I also want to say to all of my friends that all the photos in this post are my own, but there are some photos that I took not with my cellphone but using the cellphone of the teacher of my daughter's homeroom teacher, Hasanah.
