With a big smile,I welcome everyone for another post that is kind of late. It is nice to be back with new hopes that the new year bring. Haven't got to write more often the last year due to life changes and more in adjustments. Ops, it is also about priorities. There were many stories to tell that flew as the days went on and on day by day. Simply put, I enjoyed the days in silence.
Last December was a celebration. Lights dashing in decors, churches were colorful with stars that glimmers above the rows of the sits. Appreciating Christmas trees, decorations, Belens. Christmas symbols that this time people are starting to keep away to hide. One of these day, those colorful twinkling lights that families and friends enjoyed during festive times will be gone. The night and dawn masses would be chapter closed which was for me the highlight of every Christmas. I was not able to complete the 9 consecutive days that they said answers wishes. Well, these time, wishes are not my motivation to attend the special Mass. I am more aware that those were not the right thinking, completing it is by grace. It was not easy to complete.
One day the Belen will be hidden, signals that ordinary time will come. I hope that things goes well for me and you.
We will miss how we met friends and how we enjoyed sweets.
One of December splurged was spending for a self reward.
The deserving feelings were satisfied having had my wish came true. A washing machine for the win. At last I got to purchase one of my best hope that one day doing laundry would be lighter to do.We wondered how we manage to juggle Christmas dance practice after the work. Everyone was participating and it was really cool to think about that everyone showed up.
The party on the 23th signals the last working day of 2023 with my company. Gathered together as one family to share and enjoy foods, music, dancing and games.
After the party, we were all off at work up until Jan. 1. It was then a successful party together. Now just being afresh memory. I was grateful being present.
This is a little late but Happy New Year. See you around 😊
