The searched was over and we were like having an international pageant. The performance of the indigenous student amazed us 100%. They were doing well. We have judges from the soldiers, old students and selected leader in our baranggay.
The teachers obliged to wear different attire like from the native people. I didn't know what to do. I didn't like wearing dresses because I will become uncomfortable and feeling hard to breath. But I need to respect the events regulation. What a funny result of my looked.
I was so happy that I chose this attire.
Me, my students and my principal/head teacher.
They were the talents who did the best in the pageant.
The head teacher giving speech and the photographer below smiling like pro.
The group of judges, watchers ,well-wishers, faculty members and visitors were all happy watching the events.
The successful foundation day ended peacefully. We are so grateful the cooperation of the tribal leaders, faculty members and all the students who worked hard to have a great time and memory to remember most especially to the graduating students. Every year have difference situations both memorable. The preparation of foods, the contest and program successfully done with the soldiers around and even the tribal officials.
We the teachers in this place, trying hard to educate them how the events in the city happened and we applied to them here in the mountain so they will be more comfortable when they live in the city to start their life someday. We never want to steal their native behaviors, culture and tradition but we add more for changing life and still keeping the old way.
We love our students, this place as part those who founded this school and they love us back multiple times.
