Good morning diverse!
When our grandmother died in Bohol, no one went there. I was then sicked and my husband had a hectic time for the coming year end of the school year 2023-2024. My nephew was on his training in butchery. We knew our grandmother could understand us.
My two Aunties from Manila and Davao Del Sur came to visit me. So Wednesday I went home to see them both. My Aunt in Davao we never see each other too for a long time. She is working and I am also working. And my Aunt from Bulacan, I never see her since birth. So the occasion was so special for us. From Bohol,they came to Davao to met all the relatives before going back to Manila specifically in Bulacan,her house location.
My 69 years old Aunt, sister of my mother. She is healthy though she was a thyroid cancer survivor. She looks younger than me because she is a jolly woman, a God fearing woman and our good model to our family. She was a Commerce graduate but the church brought her to the USA last 1999, and she decided to worked there instead of coming home. She had a lot of sacrifices leaving her 3 son to her husband and now they are all professional, 2 licensed nurses and one is HRM graduate. They already had wives to. Last 2022, she decided to come home for good. She supported some of my cousin in there school and finished their studies. She was not only focus to her family but to all of us. Just like my sister who worked for us too. I never seen her before because she worked in the hospital of Bulacan after she graduated in Bohol. Poverty separated us. And now, we met and even my mother did not see her for a very long time until my mother died in 2020 while she was still in USA.
All of us were happy in just a little time. They didn't sleep at home because she had a lot of family members and relatives waiting for her visit and was preparing a surprised birthday party. My Aunt is a smiley and loving person to all her cousin who were all waiting in Davao Del Sur or Toril City. She was then working as saleslady in our grandfather store so her cousins were all excited for her visit.
Even the little children were excited upon our met up at home. We prepared quickest lunch together with my Aunt in my father side. With them were her husband and family of my cousin who is a seaman. They had car used in touring my Aunt around Davao.
