Feeling bad because I'd never seen the live bands nights ago.
Not that I intend to, it was the lights and tall Christmas trees that gathers everyone around. The Christmas feel and the recent tunnel of lantern just in front of the town's church that made me want to go.
I got no picture of this lantern tunnel but it was near the tall Christmas lantern tree. The lantern tree was realized few years ago because other materials wasn't functional in this rainy town especially on holidays that the rains are constant that the christmas trees needed to be water resistant. Everything was lively this year compared to the last year's dark Christmas after the onslaught of a super typhoon. We are celebrating now with much colors than before that's why the Christmas feel is precious this time around.
We pre-planned the Christmas eve dinner with my younger siblings because last year we just cook whatever's available after a temporary black-out for more than a month.
It's weird today that my little sister got the hang of us when before we seemed to be a decade apart with each other. Perhaps this holiday it will be more fun. My younger brother is staying in this province after years of work on another province. I understand now how merry Christmas will be.
We went to shop first for the Christmas-eve dinner ingredients realizing that cooking is more budget friendly than ordering. Then we wisk towards the bazaar in which we haven't really bought a trinket--I thought there would be a cute earrings but all were for goth.
Then we stop by to a new convenience store in which we just window shop and got no photos, but the new store was 7-eleven which happen to be the only convenience store around.
The fruit shopping will come later, I guess, because my little sister planned it for later.
With much hope in this year's holidays, I stopped writing for a while. My stories are waiting for me. I hope it won't always be night time that I'd choose to go out or cloudy days because I am not a vampire but I got a chance to go out again on my niece's 1st birthday. I devoured a lot of food more than I could take because I felt like a gluton. It's amazing how my cousin prepared a lot of food for her baby girl when it is us who'll eat all of it.
I realize that crypto is the best Christmas gift for little kids and that the parents should withdraw it in the future and not now.
I'm going to note this for the future.
