The weather is changing.
The sunsets are earlier this month, a lot different from the summer vibes the late September gives. The sun might be at its warmest with clear blue skies but not all day when the afternoons are cloudy and rainy.
We had a bountiful produce of the summer season fruits like the durian, mangosteen, lanzones, and rambutan from the trees my father planted. All were unexpected harvest because we never harvested any fruits for the last four years that went by.
The days are so much brighter today, yet the skies are quite moody. You can hear thunderstorms from the mountains when half of the skies are blue. Maybe, the weather will change as we are approaching December where it tends to rain. Although the nights are longer this time the breeze are cooler which is perfect for the nights walk at Christmas bazaars and to dine-in the pop-up diners in the city. I rarely visit the city walks but because there will be a lot of events to look forward to these coming months, all will be enjoying the holidays to come.
Our city has made a huge upgrade to become a tourist destination and hopefully, if given a chance, I would love to visit the newly opened seaside food hub before the holidays would start, to see the Christmas lights and to see what the city has to offer.
The holidays are coming too fast just like last year, as always, if only it would be Christmas always I would eat a lot and sleep in the morning and to wake up at new year's eve (it never happened like that).
