Well the photos I attached in thisnpost is not Dandelions but a local version of it here in my place and they are called gapas- gaps because they resemble cotton whne they were blown by the wind.

Crassocephalum crepidioides, also called ebolo, thickhead, redflower ragleaf, or fireweed, is an erect annual slightly succulent herb growing up to 180 cm tall. Its use is widespread in many tropical and subtropical regions, but is especially prominent in tropical Africa. Its fleshy, mucilaginous leaves and stems are eaten as a vegetable, and many parts of the plant have medical uses. However, the safety of internal use needs further research due to the presence of plant toxins.

And ohh, I never knew it could be eaten until today, thanks to the internet..

As farnwrs, we usually see this okant as hassles in the farm but I once boiked its roots to cure my illness, and pressed its leaf as cure to my frwsh cut wound. When its liquid touches the wound, jt would hurt like crazy but it helps expedite the healing process and stop the bleeding.

Oh, sorry to take you to my story. Now back to the title, " be like Dandelion Seeds"

Dandelion seeds goes with the wind when it's blown, but it doesn't do that when it's not ripe enough to detaxh itself from the parent plant and to with ut is the ability to adjust on the new environment where I was set to germinate.

I've been telling my kids to wait for their time and that life doesn't always give us what we wanted in life and sometimes it takes us to the most uncomfortable situations just as the wind blows the seed into unfavorable places to grow. It's normal, it's part of life and all we had to do is work hard to make ourselves comfortable until another opportunities comes to change the position /situation we were at. Nothing is permanent after all.

My kids still don't understand what I meant and neither does my words comfort them whenever they feel bad about getting what they wanted but eventually, soon when they grow up, they will bbe able to think about how the world goes.

So let's be all like Dandelion seeds, let's go where fate leads us to but work hard and prepare for the next chapter in life.

I hope I made sense, I'm free writing, trying to process the things I had kept in mind for a long time.

This will be all, thank you so much for your support and time.
