I never would've imagined one of my greatest teachers in life would be a feral communist cat, but ChairWoman Meow has taught me how to accept the things I cannot change.
š©āš¬ Dr. Jekyll & Mrs. Hyde š¹
Ā Ā Ā These pics are from early May, but as I previously mentioned, I am recovering from a Hive hiatus and trying to slowly bring you all back to the present day. ChairWoman Meow is super preggo right now, but in these images she was my innocent little kitten. Like all cats, she has a loving side and a wild side, but she balances them well and never bites or uses her claws too strongly. My little Zen master always seems to be living life to the fullest, and it humbles me very much.
š§ Pensive MeowCat šāā¬
Ā Ā Ā MeowCat is among the many casual nicknames of Chairwoman Meow, and I am probably deranged, but I like to believe that she is a deep thinker. There is no doubt I spend far too much time wondering what my cat might be thinking, but life is all about joy in the simple things, and MemeCat certainly is a master of enjoying simple pleasures.
Ā Ā Ā She seems to know when I'm doing curation work, and it's likely she'll be on my lap, in front of my monitor, or behind my chair. These pictures were all taken when she was a self-feeding cat, capable of living and thriving on her hunting skills alone. No littler box needed, no cat food, we just leave the window cracked for her to enter and exit at her leisure.
šļø Honda Advertisement šŗ
Ā Ā Ā Ms. MeowCat is fond of meditating anywhere, anytime, even on a Honda. The old Honda slogan goes, "You mean the friendliest cats on a Honda," right? If any Honda execs are reading this post, feel free to use this for future SuperCub advertisements and send me royalty checks. At the moment she can't jump on the Honda anymore because she's too preggo, and now we're providing her with cat food and fish here and there to make sure she doesn't have to hunt while her belly is nearly touching the ground.
š± Live Your Best Life š¼
Ā Ā Ā Sometimes I am working hard outside in the sun busting bricks with a sledgehammer or digging solid clay, and when I come back in the house I find my cat just meditating to the fullest. She has not a worry in the world because she has claws, fur, and honed instincts. There's no doubt bears are godless killing machines, but ChairWoman Meow is more like a pensive killing machine. Thanks MeowCat for teaching me how to take moments out of my day and vibe with you yo!
