I want to share a vegan fried rice recipe. It is very simple even little kids like my sister can make it but the adults might need to help them with the stove.

I want to share a recipe on how to make vegan fried rice in a simple way. Even little kids can make it. My sister can also make it but she never wants to learn. For the ingredients you'll need:

  • cabbage (chopped)
  • broccoli (chopped)
  • baby corn (chopped)
  • garlic (chopped)
  • green onions (chopped)
  • soy chunks or tofu
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • soy sauce to taste
  • nutritional yeast
  • 3tbps of crispy flour
  • 1tsp of black pepper

First you need to add some water to the soy chunks then leave it for a moment and take the water out. Then mix 1tsp of black pepper, 3tbps of crispy flour, nutritional yeast with soy chunks. After you are done you have to put oil in a pan and let the oil get hot first. Then add the soy chunks that mixed with those ingredients in. Then wait for both sides are brown but my dad likes it better when it is golden brown.

After you're done with the soy chunks, then take them out and put garlic. Fry it until it is brown but not too brown. Then add broccoli, and baby corn in. After, a few minutes you have to add cabbage. Fry it until all of the vegetables are cooked and soft. After that add salt, and sugar. If you want to add some black peppers you can.

After that you have to add the rice and if you don't then it is not fried rice. After you add the rice you have to mix it with the vegetables. After you are done, you have to taste it and if is good enough you don't need to add soy sauce but if it is a bit tasteless you can ad some soy sauce. Then fry it a little bit more. After that you have cut the soy chunks so if you don't want your food is get burn you have to lower your flame a little. After you are don't chopping the soy chunks you have to add the them to your fried rice and you have to add the green onions too. Most of the time I forgot to add the green onions but this time I didn't.

Then, it is ready to serve. I made a lot because my sister and her friend want to eat it too. That's it for today and I hope you like it even if the soy chunks looks a bit too brown.
