Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Last week my wife and I planned to visit a rural temple in our district. We went to this temple because we wanted to make merit and give the offering dedicated to the monk. And another reason why we chose to go to this temple. Because we want to see the scenery while going to the temple too. This temple is about 23 kilometers from our house. When I drove past highway 107, Chiang Mai - Fang route to highway 109, Fang - Mae Chan route. And drove on rural road in Mae Kha Subdistrict until reaching the temple. The scenery on highway 109 and the rural road until the temple are mostly farms and nature. We love the scenery on these roads. It is an atmosphere of farms and nature, about 12 kilometers. Of course we enjoyed and relaxed in the atmosphere at that time. And I also took some photos of the scenery and atmosphere to share with friends.
The temple we visited was called Wat Ketkalong. Wat Ketkalong is a small rural temple of an ethnic community. This temple is not as developed and not beautiful as other temples we have visited. There are only pagodas, buildings for religious ceremonies and section containing the monks' living quarters. So I take photos of only the pagoda of the temple. Although the temple was not beautiful, we were relaxed with making merit and the atmosphere in the temple.
Finally, lunch with my wife before going home. We eat our favorite foods at a mini restaurant with Thai food cooked to order. This restaurant is a new restaurant, we have never eaten here. It doesn't have the name of the restaurant. This restaurant is for sale in the area of the owner's home. My wife and I ordered stir-fried kale and crispy pork with rice. We also ordered papaya salad for lunch. Free clear soup. For drinks, we ordered lemon tea.
