Hello everyone. Yesterday I take my wife to visit her relatives who live in another subdistrict. We had to travel from our house to my wife's relative's house, a distance of approximately 21 kilometers. Of course, we have to go about our daily routine first, which is sending our son and granddaughter to school. After we have finished sending the children to school. Then we stopped at Wat Sri Mongkol. A temple where we often like to go to make merit. We made merit at this temple for a while and we immediately went to my wife's relative's house.
The atmosphere of traveling on the highway to Wat Si Mongkhon with the morning mist.
The some atmosphere inside Wat Sri Mongkol with mist in the morning. I only took a few photos because I was in a hurry to get to my wife's relatives' house.
The subdistrict where his wife's relatives live is called San Sai Subdistrict. But we had to traveling to my wife's relative's house on a rural road. Along the way, I see many small oil wells in this subdistrict. So I knew that this subdistrict also had petroleum. These are some of the small oil wells I was able to photograph along the way in this subdistrict. And there are also many small oil wells but I didn't take pictures.
When we arrived at the house of my wife's relatives. We talked with my wife's relatives for about 40 minutes. Because my wife's relatives had to go to the farm. Now they are growing corn in their farms. Me and my wife wanted to see the farm of my wife's relatives. So I drove to the farm too. On the way to the farm of my wife's relatives. I saw many farms owned by local people. It's mostly a corn farm. And there are some other farms. Most of the villagers in his wife's relatives' village were farmers. My wife's relatives told us that we normally see mountains in this area. But at that time there was still mist, so we couldn't see the mountains. I parked the car to take pictures of the farm atmosphere in that area to share with everyone too. Let's go.
The atmosphere around the corn farms with mist. So we can't see the mountains.
The atmosphere of other farms. I think it's a potato farm.
Then we intended to go to Wiang Subdistrict. (city center of this district) to relax in Lotus and eat lunch. We journey on a rural road where we did not know the route. And we got lost because of the fog so we couldn't use GPS to navigate.
We got lost and I drove across the district. And we see the temple of the Tai Yai people. So we stopped by and visited this temple first. This temple is called Wat Santiwanaram. Wat Santiwanaram is a small temple of the Tai Yai ethnic group living in Thailand. This temple there is an entrance arch, temple name sign, a small pavilion, a buddha statue and a buddha image hall (viharn). All of which build the Tai Yai art style. Except the buddha statue.
After we visited the temple for a while, we asked local people for directions and journey to our district. And stop for lunch on the way before reaching Lotus. We have never eaten at this restaurant. But we want to eat noodles with chicken and bitter gourd. So we stopped to eat at this small restaurant on the rural road. This restaurant also sells cheap drinks. So we ordered milk with taro and green tea.
We went to Lotus to sit and relax with air conditioning. but not shopping here. We went to the miscellaneous and paraphernalia goods shop near Lotus to do some shopping here. This store is a large store and a community store.
When we finished shopping. It's time to pick up the kids from school and go home. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to watch and enjoy my stories and photos. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
