Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. At the late January, my wife and I went to a hospital in the city of Chiang Mai. The distance from our house to the hospital is about 150 kilometers. We travel on highway 107, Chiang Mai - Fang route again. When we finished seeing the doctor at the hospital, we go home. But on the way home. We saw a temple sign along highway 107. So we changed our plans and stopped at the temple. This temple is called Wat Phra Mahathat Ping Khong. The temple is on a rural road. And before stopping at this temple, we saw nature on a shady and beautiful rural road. So I drove around to see the atmosphere with wife. We also pass through ethnic communities. But we don't know if they are TaiYai people or hill tribe people.

When we arrived at Wat Phra Mahathat Ping Khong. This temple is on a hill. We didn't see any temple sign and arch. But we see two lion statues on the way up the hill.
When we go up the hill. This temple is a small temple. There is a courtyard surrounded by large trees. And section containing the monks' living quarters.
In addition, there is also a buddha image hall (viharn), a pavilion and a pagoda. This buddha image hall (viharn) is decorated with beautiful patterns. And there is a staircase leading to the 5-headed serpent statue.
This small pavilion is beautifully decorated. Inside the pavilion is a buddha image. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the inside of the pavilion.
This pagoda has a polygonal shape and a bell-shaped top with an tierred umbrella.
This temple is another temple that we enjoy. Although this temple has little architecture and sculpture. But we like the atmosphere of temple and buddha image hall (viharn).
