After a great night sleep, I woke up. The early morning vibes at times are the best. The city still sleeps and some of its residents have started their day, some to work and others with their own things to do.
What is it like in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah at six a.m. A day early, I drove from Miri all the way here. It took around 10 hours. Walking around at times is a different experience as compared to driving in cars. You get to see the different buildings and places up close.
I slept early and I managed to get up early.
We walked across the roundabout and saw these roman statues standing guarding a club. The outside of one of the biggest clubs here in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The tall buildings. These buildings have replaced the once smaller buildings that were here.
The knight in the Shining armour.
Here to defend the city with his horse.
While I was here, I noticed that some of the club patrons were just heading home from a night of clubbing.
The back alley of two buildings.
The nice clean alley makes for an nice photo. The part that not many would even care to look at.
There are a lot of Petron here in Kota Kinabalh but not a single one from where I come from. In Miri, Shell and Petronas are all over the place.
The Chinese Chamber of Commere of Kota Kinabalu.
Initially, I thought it was a fire station due to the red and white theme. This building is well build and is asthetically pleasing.
Thank you very much for reading this post. Have a wonderful day ahead.
