I went to eat dinner with my wife and my wife wanted to have some sisig. Have you heard of the sisig? It is a flavorful Filipino dish of chopped pork in a special sauce.

Target Bristo

This is a restaurant that serves western-inspired cuisine and at the same time a place where you can come and enjoy a night of pool or darts. This is a place where you can chill. This restaurant also has a lot of targets all around the restaurant and the theme of the restaurant is dark-colored walls. This gives it a sense of contrast. Bristos like this are quite a nice place to hang out where mostly families come here to hang out.

A sizzling plate of sisig

Have you ever eaten sisig before? I believe the best way to eat sisig is to eat it with rice. The sisig is quite flavourful. I have eaten the sisig a couple of times. There are lots of onions and lime to add to the flavors. This is a really flavourful dish that you can enjoy with your family.

The pork sisig is a delicacy from the Phillippines.

Chicken Chop

This place is also famous for its Western food. I ordered the oriental Chicken Chop. Cheese is stuffed into the middle of the meat.

The snooker area

I am not really good a snooker but if you're good at snooker, this is definitely going to be a fun thing to do during the night to relax a bit.
