Good morning my friends, it is another beautiful week. How has your week been? Today, I am going to bring you to another house that I checked out. Initially, I wanted to buy this house as a lot of the things that I needed in a house basically checked out.
The Garden area
The grass hasn’t really been cut by the current tanents. This house has some space and enough compound.
The living room
Huge living room with lots of space. The windows are huge so not much cooling needed. The tenants who were staying here did not have much furniture at home. So, not much cleaning.
The view of the side of the house
Lots of space for gardening and I have a tortoise to roam.
This house is the terrace corner house and just look at how wide the side of the house looks.
So what’s the price of this in Miri, Sarawak?
Rm 460k or around 125K USD. From a Malaysian statistic, Sarawak has some of the most expensive houses.
The living room
Not much here. Such wide space.
The bathroom
The toilet. My wife doesn’t like the squat toilet. She prefers the sitting toilet. You can sit there enjoy your time watching a movie. Maybe get some popcorn.

Very clean. There are three bedrooms on the upper floors. The tenant was still there so I did not take much pictures.

This toilet lets you train your legs while you do big business.
So, did I buy this house? Nope. I did not.
In Chinese believe, if there is a mainroad that leads directly to the house, it is not worth to buy. So, I had to search for the next house.
