I went to one of the best sushi restaurants in Miri. You need to book a table here at this restaurant in advance.

Ishi Japanese Restaurant

is located in Miri's Marina area. This sushi restaurant is more of a premium-priced sushi restaurant. They have hired lots of staff number.

Mayo sushi

This is one of my favorite sushi. Fresh sushi with mayo at the top. This sushi is quite creamy.

While I was there, I walked into the reception and they asked if we booked. We booked. My wife booked a couple of hours earlier.

Wow. The feeling of walking into a place that has been well-designed. This restaurant is modern as well as huge.

The teapot looks amazing as well. The bamboo handle. A pot of green tea.

Yes. Some Prawn Tempura, please.

Frying a bowl of superbly great prawn tempura definitely needs lots of skills.

Chuka Idako aka Baby Octopus

One of the things I noticed while I was here was that these were huge baby octopuses.

This is the sandwich salmon. A must-have if you are here at Ishi.

The outer rice parts are slightly fried to give that cooked crispy crunchy texture. After eating all these, I felt fulfilled and ready to go to the shopping mall or head for a walk to reduce some of the calories.

There is a small amount of cheesy cream beneath this sandwich sushi.

After that, we slowly noticed that more and more people were coming in.

One of the only things that you would want to have to endure here is to be stared at by the staff. hahaa..
