What has your sleep been like? I went to eat sushi with my wife.
Sushi Zanmai
Located in the Marina area of Miri is this amazing sushi restaurant that serves high-quality sushi. This is a popular sushi restaurant.
I snapped a photo of this while I was there. All the chef busy slicing salmon and preparing a wonderful plate of sushi. It is always a pleasure to look at the chef preparing the sushi.
It is like a moment frozen in time. While waiting for our food, I was there enjoying my view of the food preparation of the chef.
These are the steps to the second floor. Wow. This is a long way up to the second floor.
Most of the sushi restaurants here in Miri have a light coloured theme. They usually pain their place in a lighter shade.
Lots of cubicles here for you to eat with your family that gives you some privacy to enjoy the meal. The waiter and waitresses here do not stand there and watch what we eat all the time. I still remember one sushi restaurant where the waiter and waitress stood there looking at me and my wife.

My wife ordered a plate of fermented soy beans and she wanted me to try them out but I jut couldn't eat them.

I enjoy eating salmon. This comes with rice. I usually dip the salmon slices into the small little bowl of wasabi soy sauce.

I guess, these are great for your body and gut. Fermented stuff usually promotes a good growth of healthy bacterias and microbes in the gut.
Salmon porridge
My wife ordered this bowl of porridge. The soup is delicious as it has soaked up all the wonderful texture of the fish.
Some prawn tempuras
Prawn tempuras are some of my favourite stuff to have at any sushi restaurant. These are quite crispy. Dip them in that special soy on the right and you've got a delicious combination.
That was all we both ordered. Had a wonderful meal. Amazing.
