The Spring shopping mall is one of those huge shopping malls in the city of Bintulu, Sarawak. This mall is also popular with the locals.
This mall is huge. The car park alone is scary to look at. Once you step out of the car, you see this huge car park that has so many cars there that it looks like a car showroom. From what I counted, perhaps there were a thousand cars parked here.
Modern with lots of premium shops here.
This is the second floor of the Spring Mall. It is quite a long long hallway. There are many shops here. Usually, during Christmas or special events, this mall comes alive and is crowded with lots of people.
There architecture inside is amazing. Public holiday so there is a lot of people. Crowded.
The parking area. I used the app to pay for my parking but I was not sure why everyone queued up. The parking area at a lot of malls here around Bintulu have those automated car plate readers. So you jusr drive to the gates and you ser your car plate show up and later pay via the app depending on the time you spent in the mall.
I went to Yaoko
This shop sells alot of cute stuff. A lot of blindboxes. I bought a cute duck plushy.
After that, we went to the back of the building of this huge wonderful mall. This area leads to the outside of the building. You can see the mew Bintulu bridge still under construction.
My wife posing for a photo here. The day was kind to us and treated us well.
We bought a cute duck plushy. This duck has a name. Upset duck. Yes, this duck is called the upset duck.
The new Bintulu bridge.
This bridge resembles the golden gatr bridge. It is almost completed.
The view here is amazing. The breeze is just so cool.
I went back in and was at an art exhibhit that showcase the work of local kids.
The nuclear bomb
The bomb that exploded during World War 2.
The next drawing was drawn by my nephew.
Quite creative.
Some cakes and pastries from one of the bakery here.
Delicious.
