Alright, let's get this day started! It's the end of July, which means the hot of Cambodia weather is in full swing. I woke up a little later than usual, but hey, it's a day off - gotta enjoy the extra sleep!
As I made my way to school, I see how the streets were already busy with activity. Everyone seemed to be in a rush, probably trying to beat the infamous Manila traffic. Me? I was just taking it easy, soaking in the sights and sounds of the city.
When I finally got to school, I noticed the parking lot was nearly empty. "Uh oh, looks like I'm not the only one running a little behind today," I thought to myself. As I walked towards the entrance, I could see some of my classmates already gathered in the hallway, talking with my friends about the weekend's events.
I decided to make a quick pit stop at the small convenience store right across the street from the school. "Gotta fuel up before a long day of learning, right?" I chuckled to myself as I scanned the shelves for a tasty breakfast option. After much deliberation, I settled on a fresh croissant and a hot cup of coffee. The perfect combo to start the day off right.
As I sipped on my coffee, I made my way towards the classroom, mentally preparing myself for the discussion on Cambodian economic law which is my assignment topic.
"Nothing much, just trying to make sense of all this Cambodian stuff,"
