Hello fellow dear folks,
Another weekend to finish and new chapter in life. In behalf of the challenges that may encountered in life, no reason on not to smile. Instead, remains to be strong and move forward for life, then have a reward sometimes to yourself and with the entire family. Its because my family is the only treasure which I ever had.
Because today I want share our food bonding with the whole family, which we are going to spend each other time in bonding by making our tummies full. A great idea which my wife and children had suggested inorder to makes everybody happy.
So yesterday morning I'd prepare everyone for a breakfast, so I go to the market early inorder to buy a pork meat slab for my recipe. I'd used to buy a 1 kilogram of pork meat for my grilled pork and another 1 1/2 kilogram pork ribs for the pork ribs soup and spices for my recipe.
Then suddenly marinated it inorder to penetrate the ingredients and spices into the meat. Which my ingredients and spices in marinations are; onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and seasoning and then to start- up immediately in grilling.
So after marinating, I'd prepare the necessary things and utensils in grilling, so I'll cook first the grilled one its because it is one of my favourite recipe for pork meat.
I'll cook it properly and deliciously so that everyone will be satisfied into my recipes taste. And I will make it sure that it will be properly grilled and to looks in golden brown when it is already cooked.
And then after one and a half hour of cooking and grilling I had finished my recipe. Then we prepared ourselves in the table for the breakfast and I tell my eldest daughter to lead a prayer for the food, and give thanks to the Lord for the food that we eat everyday.
